We needed a shrewd negotiator, not AA. Endo executives laughing at Nupathe management today.
Hey fuq nuts, read my post......speculated, meaning out of money calls!
Anyway why would you buy the 2 strike anyway, just buy the stock at that level.
You're an amateur that shouldn't be investing
Ever since they named their new CEO from Valient, stock has doubled . Valient, Endo, are aggressive acquirers, mostly bolt-on acquisitions. Do you really think they would have agreed to this deal if they didn't think they could bang out 100 million in annual sales???? They will have 100 m in sales by Labor Day. Smart investors will be adding today, not selling just to break even or make a small profit.
my acct and other family members accts. I have put sell orders in @ much higher prices yesterday and today. Do not know the dynamics, but this makes it more difficult to for shorts to borrow.
Doc, love your positive attitude and enthusiasm toward Path. Here's to a happy ending..........(not the massage table variety!!) lol
thanks Dr. I'm assuming your a migraine sufferer. wishing u all the best!
is it safe to assume once Z is available, your specialist has no issues in prescribing? Just trying to gauge if specialist are on board! Thanks for your input.
Anyone here know a neurologist or headache specialist? If so, have you ever asked opinion of Zecuity? I'm curious as to what their opinion is of Z-Patch. Ultimately, they'll determine success or failure of Nupathe.
New symbol is ZERO
That's fine and dandy, but they run out of cash 1 month after that. I'd get a deal done ASAP. Let's face it, even if a deal gets done, it's not going to be on the greatest terms for PATH. They are cornered and have no leverage in negotiations.
Few points to consider:
AA stated considerable progress made in negotiations, with more than 1 suitor.
Company has cash in hand to fund through Jan 2014. If PATH didn't believe a deal would take place, my thinking is they would have taken advantage of the stock runup 1-2 weeks ago to raise $$.
The longer you have no deal, the stock will drip lower. Therefore, longer they wait, the equity financing is more dilutive. The indications point to a deal. On what terms, who knows. If no deal, BK for PATH.
Would be hard to fathom with an FDA approved product, in a niche market. We shall see!!
I am very long here, but can you please wake up from your wet dream? Change your underwear and check back in with us please.
When the analyst pressed him for some details, and also the possibility of bankruptcy language in their risk statements, he more or less replied a deal is close. That was my interpretation. He did mention that he's been involved in several of these negotiations, and they take time. We need a deal very soon in my opinion, 2-4 weeks, or we go into a death spiral.
