ENT is in a great space, but the secondary was needed to make investments for growth. It's not always a bad thing, and puts institutional support at $13.25. I'm averaging down here for a long term hold.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Failed to take the 50-day SMA. It's rolling over. Those holding for a looooong time will be fine, but this will see some profit taking from the run up from $40. $40 to $65 to $50 to $75 wouldn't surprise me. Two steps forward, one step back.
Look for a close under the 50 day SMA of 64.99. 100 day is just below the pre-market low.
fogg39 - Even with new stores you have to protect margins for revenue growth to make a difference, and margins are declining. I'm thinking this is fully valued at an expected 2.50 earnings and 20 PE, or around 50 bucks. That's still 25% earnings growth from where we are today - and won't happen until 2017 at best.
Noticed it after my post, yes. I think the clearance sales they have been having are a negative indicator for guidance.
I think it makes a lot more sense when you look at the valuation of this company and the growth they will have to guide forward for it to pan out. I'm hoping you were a call seller on Friday, those people are making bank today.
I'm holding June 57.50 Puts, so no. Earnings may be ok but guidance will be conservative (at least to the street).
NUGT tracks the miners, not gold. Gold stocks got hammered today - like all stocks they trade on future valuation, not the instantaneous price of the underlying commodity.
I nibbled at 9.26 as I think it was a tad overdone.
Everything that matters is out... that this company is in real trouble. I'm speaking of 5-10 day windows to swing some small option plays.
Shams, long term bear here but this thing is drifting right now. Not surprised that it gravitated to the nearest option strike on a Friday at all.
Wow, did I ever get lucky with timing on that one! Had March $16 Puts and turned them into June $17 Calls. Made 20% on the puts... not the best but I'll take it.
