The company initiated approval in 2011--- Late 2012 was expected to have some approval--Now in April 2013 its coming..

My guess is the FED has been shorting-- The vol has been huge. UVXY shouldn't be below 11.00 Its going up to the VXX level.. Finally someone saw this and doesn't want the fund to get sued
