More than a few idiot I Tards who have been brainwashed into believing that their I-6 plus is unbendable...did you notice that I6-plus is not included in the trade in?
But don't worry..Cook is not a man to change Apple's policy..
There will not be any recalls.
He will sell you a cover to protect it from I-bend syndrome..
Poor owners of bendables from the fruit company....
Trying to be cool comes at a very high price this year..
I have an idea for all you I-6 plus suckers..
Trade your i6 plus for your nephew's I5
Then trade in your i5 for the passport.
And tell your cell company to bill your nephew for the i6+
and you get billed for the PP
Or better still go to the nearest bridge and jump..
Take the rest of the bend-hungry I tards with you..
Send us a postcard when you get there
Cramer has hated ZNGA for so long. He must have loaded up on call options.
In the next couple of days expect a slight jump....
Hey Cramer....bump it up to 3.25 for a start...
Come December JC will have to divulge #s
On the promo..
His videos on bbry are always the same rhetoric.
Why even bother?
Since you do not care for the share, why the obsession?
Maybe shorting it?
Lost profits for apple
He will turn around and flip the phones for a quick profit and gain a new customer at the same time
Imagine if you own an i4,or i5 and you are thinking of upgrading to an I-6 or I-6plus
How much would it cost you?
If you upgrade to a passport, with the promotion, it costs you less
than if you upgraded to an I-6 or I-6 plus.
So, will I-tards remain loyal to the fruit company or will they listen to their wallet?
This promotion will create a division within I-tard-users.
The biggest mistake blackberry made when it was number 1 was it "assumed that its loyal customers would never switch". At the time the company did not listen and the clients jumped ship.
The fruit company makes amazing devices, but it assumes that its customer base is willing to fork out as much money per year as a Armani suit fan spends every season. If you factor in the app store, themusic store, the accessories, the support plans, the carrier plans, the I-tv; like; how much money does the fruit company expect to earn from each customer?
JC , with this promotion is saying "You don't have to...Come back to daddy..we'll make it easy for you..come take a look..."
When people turn in their I-phones, blackberry will flip each for a quick profit and gain a customer at the same time...Pretty smart..
Over at Rogers in Canada, a monthly plan with the passport costs $80, plus you pay $250 up front and the contract is 2 years
JC has said over and over again that being bought was "out of the question"
Nobody in their right mind would buy blackberry now at this stage.
Big bucks will pay more once bbry proves that its new business model has not only attracted
powerful partners like Samsung, but has also brought in exponentially increasing profits.
Then and onlynthen will a multi billion dollar buy out offer make any sense.
bs bs bs
Samsung could get the license to make cellphones with blackberry's operating system..
That is just the tip of the iceberg
They would need to accumulate shares. Watsa has a ton of shares and the debentures he owns can be converted into shares, but besides Watsa's shares, whoever ons large blocks would be adding to their positions while Samsung and Lrnovo quietly load up.
I think it's premature for a buyout as bbry .
Bbry has to make a ton of money with its new business model first.
Is Samsung willing to pay a premium price for a businesss that is reinventing itself now, or will it wait for the premium to be highe.
If there is truth to th rumour mill, which i do not believe, then th share will climb and the cost of shorting will go up too as there will be fewer shares available..
But if it is yet another attempt to lure in new buying blood, (market manipulation) then today it will go up, but by 10 am tomorrow it will crash to where it closed on Friday...
The trading action would speak buyout with huge volume and lots of buya at the ask plus huge call buying volume
I think benzinga is an illusion factory.
Since Samsung is a partner of blackberry, I doubt if they will be spending any more money in boiler room tactics. The money must be coming form the same animal that has cnbc wrapped around its pretty finger
Justbthe way it is
Since you just parked coin on the I6+ how about parking coin on the Aapl stock and don't slam the door on your way out
