    OF MAGNUM HUNTER RESOURCES CORPORATION,
IN SUPPORT OF CONFIRMATION OF THE THIRD AMENDED
JOINT CHAPTER 11 PLAN OF REORGANIZATION OF MAGNUM
HUNTER RESOURCES CORPORATION AND ITS DEBTOR AFFILIATES

    12. By October 2015, however, the Debtors still had not yet received a binding offer
for their EHH equity stake, and the marketing process was suspended. I believe there are two
primary reasons why a sale of EHH was never consummated. First, I understand that-----

from here on it is blacked out(redacted) why?

    in same paragraph as above

"The Plan also contains other releases and exculpations, and certain
provisions relating to severance and other compensation, that are contrary to applicable
    law."

so it sounds like they ARE trying to pull a fast one and get paid. in my opinion.

haven`t read the whole thing yet but right off the bat this,

"1. The Debtors’ Plan is not confirmable because it contains non-consensual
third party releases deemed to be given by all of the current and former equity holders of
the Debtor Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation (“MHRC”),"

so i`m releasing them without being asked. wow, how nice of them.

too many odd things going on with mhrcq. even i can see it.

i bought shares in washington mutual during there BK. not selling mhrcq even if i could. good luck.

this is the part that p--ed me off the most and yes they did want to rush it through the courts.

"In a separate objection, unsecured creditors added that it is too late in the game for shareholders to launch a new battle. They urged the court not to risk Magnum Hunter's restructuring plan "merely to address the fanciful hopes of equity holders who have, tragically, suffered significant economic losses." "

    By Jacqueline Palank

Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. (MHRCQ) is delaying its exit from bankruptcy as shareholders argue they shouldn't be left empty-handed in the restructuring.

Judge Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del., on Monday agreed to push back Thursday's scheduled hearing on the oil and gas producer's restructuring plan until April 8. At the new hearing date, the judge will also review shareholders' request for representation in the bankruptcy case.
