Fire her. She in not a CEO

Been around a long time and had Yahoo shares off and on for a long time and seen a lot of CEO's. It is quite unsettling to keep hearing about all the people we have hired to develop products and nothing come about that sticks and grows and not one thing really take off. And then add in the earnings call time after time a CEO doing more playing with an phone and demonstrating product nuances. Steve Jobs did it but you would have a huge screen and somehow he pulled it off, however, most often times his was not the earnings call! Time and a place for everything. I do not think she has the skills nor presence to be a CEO, let alone one that will lead a company out of the murk that Yahoo is in. She is only spending money and I am sorry a share buyback just allow her to still control 100% of the value of what was returned. I am getting really wary and tired after a long time holding.

Right on cashcowtips; the $7Billion Sale was all part of the deal getting to the two remaining pieces we have to day and post IPO! It helps having a third of the deal bringing the value out in the open and making it hard to back out of at least verifying the worth of this investment made in the Alibaba as a foreign start up years ago. I do have a worry though and MM has to come through; she has been given money before and pretty much spent all; I want her to hold back on spending this second stage money. Certainly all of the previous money that she has spent on many acquisitions needs to show something as far as a positive return? I really believe in looking at the numbers that anywhere in the 40's is low as to what to value of the company and resultant stock price.

All this talk of taking money and running; don't believe it would happen after less than a year ago Alibaba paid cash as part of the deal we have today! Come on! Plus do you think a company as big would risk Asian Asset Retaliation invested in the US if they messed with the NYSE and SEC? Don't think so! Add to that they also have another big suitor in Softbank which is also foreign, being of Japan. Negative baloney does nothing, but adversely impact stocks until usually quickly they recover, however some needless losses occur for those that listen and don't do their research. Also a lot of negative comment is due to those who have lost money and are simply mad! People need to do the research!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
