I think the only way this thing falls out a bed is another strong offer comes in from a "big legitimate" and shareholders vote no. But this is a signed deal with BoD backing. Another offer? well its just an offer and belies certainty. This is a small co. They're not doing anything special (think MU). Nothing antitrust. At least a few guys that do what they do - albeit a small number of industry players. Again, they're small. I'm not sure what the angle is on the securities lawsuits. I wouldn't think there would be that many damaged or underwater shares. I bought shares above 3.80 but my basis is still well below the offer. I'm not alone. Institutions own most of the shares. Its been the same group for years. As far as the PT goes, that's mostly fantasy and these numbers usually always are with small caps. Thoughts?
