announced today that it has closed on a Private Placement with a group of qualified private investors led by Novit L.P., an investment arm of U.S. Pharmacia.....
....The transaction involved the signing of a Securities Purchase Agreement under which CTD Holdings issued 1,725,000 shares of Common Stock at a price per share of $1.00
Did they take .01 per share transaction fee too? I still don't have access to my clwr funds that should have converted to cash.....
"this also makes Sprint less cash rich...which doesn't bode well for the clwr holder......ie. $3 Billion that could be used to sweeten your deal just evaporated..... "
I believe you are correct about this, which now makes the 4.40 DISH bid the only thing out there. I think Sprint is done bidding on it. Will anybody else step up? Clearwire better accept the DISH bid before they withdraw too, which they won't. Tomorrow's a new day, Charlie just may use his blind partner and close both deals out now that the cards have been layed on the table by Softbank.
I rec'd an email from my broker and when Ii called to inquire they said that is how long the tender offer from DISH is in effect. Have you rec'd such and email from your brokerage firm?
"Also, who knows how Ergen could alter his CLWR bid if the sprint bids were to begin to favor him."
$4.40 is good until 6/28/2013
Noooo! you're not bias..."wild man Ergen", get real TR.
You might also want to brush up on Delaware law,Crest seems to explain it very well.
"remember I figure I own CLWR via my Sprint shares"
Then go on back to the Sprint thread...
