70 MILLION FINANCING AT 10 BUCKS THANKS WOODY

A PDL-1 inhibitor company would be a better choice for immediate PPS gain..
They might be overpaying at 10 in the short term but it would give them a foot in the door.

What are the chances that NWBO has selected a PDL-1 inhibitor partner and the drop was to let them in?

Forget Rante, Cramer, AF and Motley..
They have their agendas and we have ours..
Why waste time -- use the ignore button...

Re-reading the presentations that are on the company's web site will Un-worry you.....

    Method B.
    PDL-1 partner.
Passage of the 21st Century Cures Act... Should help facilitate FDA approval. Provides cover for FDA.
Multiple high capacity labs for making the vaccines.

And best of all..... Patients are surviving long beyond the Standard of Care..

    You overlook the obvious..
Funds and Institutional investors want this stock and what better way than to induce a panic sell off to cause
    unwanted selling.
Everyone knows of the efficacy and the multiple factories they have built.
An positive article in Barron's is the last thing that they want after spending so much on hit pieces.
The 21st Century Cures Act has passed the House and is now before the Senate.
When that is passed it will not be long until DCvax will be given FDA approval.

(Reuters) - The chief executive officer of biotechnology company Northwest Biotherapeutics Inc said on Friday the company has temporarily stopped screening new patients for the trial of its experimental brain cancer drug.

CEO Linda Powers said in a telephone interview the company will issue a statement later Friday explaining why it took the step, just a few months before it had planned to complete recruitment of patients for the 7-year-old study of the drug, called DCVax-L.

Screening is the process by which a company makes sure that an individual seeking to enter a clinical trial meets eligibility requirements, such as age and not having had another cancer for the last five years.

The study is being conducted at over 60 medical centers in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. When asked whether the suspension of new patient screening will take effect in all countries, and whether the suspension was being required by health regulators, Powers said details would be provided in the planned company statement.

Shares of the company fell as much as 15 percent, before easing. At midday, it was off 9.2 percent to $8.06 on the Nasdaq

Review the past news releases and the reduction of disease progression in hundreds of cases.
Review the past news releases of lack of negative responses to injections.

My WAG is that this will be positive news.. Halt for efficacy

They would not halt the trial for reimbursement.

$8 PPS for a cancer cure.. should be much higher..

    A repost...

I still say that MDXG should set up its own e-marketing section of marketing division.
Globally, many countries accept FDA approved products.
    Get permission if necessary.

A direct marketing approach to their national health departments and main hospitals using a
strictly web based system (no travel or lodging) should yield substantial revenue.
Just send a 9x12 envelope containing cover sheet and 3 or 4 advertising packets.
The dedicated site should have adequate training movies and ability to call/email questions.

jmho but I think it would be low cost revenue that could supersede our current revenue.
Having a product with a 5 year shelf life makes this possible.

That was from a year ago. If overall survival is like the open trials then is would be disservice to
all afflicted to have the analysis delayed. And thus the treatment delayed.

After all of the publicity on DCVax-L and DCVax-D, I find it hard to believe there would not be revenues from
    private payers.
I would like to see them have a regular conference call this Q also..

The big advantage that I see, besides from great medical fundamentals, is that the Phase trials are relatively
short duration wise. Cancer trials can be years, AVXL trials seem to be able to be evaluated in 2 or 3
months. Results that are confirmatory could drive PPS higher sooner than many expect.

What he should do is set up a "Strictly e-commerce" division.
Pete could market world wide just off of a web site.
Not having an Asian or South American presence is bad.
Direct marketing is out due to expense, but if a couple of new hires are multilingual they may
be the start of a large e-commerce division..
Many countries may have much lower approval regulations and still have great hospitals.
Training could be by internet. Video some current procedures, add dialog.

From the extract on the Bill.. Just taking them at their word...

The Council for 21st Century Cures is established to accelerate the discovery, development, and delivery of innovative cures, treatments, and preventive measures

"Accelerate the delivery" was what I was looking at..

I think that the FDA delay is somehow tied to the passage of the 21st Century Cures Act.
It has passed the house and now before the Senate.
The FDA would have the right to just approve without extensive BLA process.
MDXG may not be moving quickly in order to avoid unnecessary expense.
With an ever growing use of the injectable product there would have been stoppage by now if it was
    a bad /dangerous product.
Seems like a half price sale now if 10x revenues is somewhat valid..

It is also paying attention to the small things that make this company great.

Like dimpling the graft so as to tell which side to place down on the wound.

Small innovation but it effects every application for better results..

Funds can not trade on insider information... So how can they get more shares at a cheaper price?
They wait until the results are known then they bring the price down.
Scare out the weak hands and buy for themselves.
If this was a bad quarter it may have been down a little but price would have been held up so they could sell.

MDXG products are excellent and demand is increasing...

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
