Doesn't look like it's happening.. 2 days left.
However, if it drops further tomorrow, I am buying some Aug calls, just in case.
Another explanation could be that the management did a deal to save their own skin? To avoid criminal proceedings against them?
I am still surprised that no big investor is coming with a lawsuit against DE for bringing down the company/forcing sale without proper legal procedure or proof and verdict of wrongdoing..
should we be shorting YHOO? They can't get their message board working right .. Message being cut-off at the "less than" sign.
Now that we are doing basic mathematics here, and I am here reading these messages, - 20-(7+7) - (1% of order value for
This guy was negative on refiners for a long time.. while he was negative, some of them gave 5 to 10 fold returns (WNR, TSO).
It was green before the news hit.
June calls for ACI and ANR did good for me, Very good probability Aug calls will do good from here as well.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I am surprised that those lawyers who otherwise spring up like mushroom every time at slightest trouble with a company are nowhere to be seen. No a single lawsuit file yet to keep shareholders interests in mind. At least the Management and ED would be on the other side of the lawsuit.
I will be surprised that anyone will be shorting at these levels.. This stock is like ( may be a bit better than ) options at this point. Added some today.. Time-frame is at-least till announcement of first asset sale.. would be happy if I get north of 0.4 before year end.
Yes.. I was looking for 13D which doesn't exist.., but they have certainly added. As per last filing they had 8.11%. Now it shows at-least 9.44%. I am wondering what's their exit plan.
Any guesses ? I see 2 possibilities:
1. Some wanted to desperate get onto the short train and they were not able to borrow shares, hence went options route.
2. Someone wrote those puts hoping for the shares to stay above .25 by end of July expiry ( again who bought and why... may be retail investors instead of one big buyer ) ?
