did anyone notice that LVNTA has a $23+Bil mkt cap? Add
that to the $9+Bil mkt cap of LINTA and you get about a
$33Bil mkt cap. LINTA's share price would be about
$60/shr with a $33Bil mkt cap. But instead, shareholders
have their same amount of LINTA shares at $18 and 5/100
LINTA shares of LVNTA at $42+. Do the math, you got
screwed ...BIG TIME!!! ..so what else is new?!!!
Did they think we wouldn't notice?
BioJect has a collaborative research agreement with the
National Cancer Institute according to the BJCT website.
Did this finding re HPV vaccine (less dosage) come from a
trial with BioJect?
SGI increased revenue guidance to almost $600mil for fiscal 2011
and that was supposedly a really good deal compared
to multiples of over 8x sales for other acquired companies
here's how it looks like it would happen
.....if it happens
and if it does, MSFT may get involved.
that wouldn't surprise me
low-mid 20's won't do it in a bidding war
especially with the anti-takeover measures
YHOO adopted after the failed MSFT bid
it paid off handsomely to get in after the reverse split!
(and imo, it's still undervalued)
I totally agree with you!
today is imo just the 'pause that refreshes'
before the next leg up!
I can picture BP hitting $60 again
in the not too distant future!
