I have not received any brokerage statement from you. I still don't know how many shares I'm supposed to be buying. You said you had "25000 more" in other brokerage accounts. What am I buying here exactly?
I replied to your email. I don't quite understand what you are saying in this post. So you have 61,263 shares?
Nothing in my inbox yet Small Time. Offer is about to expire. I didn't believe you anyway since you're not really a long.
I tell you my offer is good, Small Time. USD$0.10 for all of your shares. You don't have the guts to reveal yourself to consummate the deal.
Hey Small Time, I read your posts on the super-secret-private-VIP board (all 18 of them) and didn't see where you enumerated how many shares you own. I did find a reference to you having participated in the share count declarations in March but without a quantity.
Seeing all of your other posts together in context was quite illuminating however. You've espoused the same message each time that everyone is delusional while simultaneously being chummy and grateful for all that have contributed (except perhaps Victor). You postulated several conspiracy theories that have no factual basis and are actually distortions of events. You made assertions based on false pretenses to appeal on an emotional level rather than factual, with the ultimate connotation of doom for those who are holding. The focus of your posts was that people's theories were wrong while making unsupported assertions of your own (from an implied position of knowledge).
Overall it looks to me to be an attempt to be divisive, though not very well executed. You are unique among the other posters in these regards. Well, except the bashers, with whom you seem to have some sort of affinity and respect. I simply do not believe a single thing you have said.
Shall we go through them?
Oh, and interestingly, now that it is the endgame, you refuse to address current events and how they might be unusual, especially in light of your previous assertions. Jeff is now "former CFO" and sales people talk about things "winding down", and you have nothing to say about that.
Also, my bid for all of your shares is now USD$0.10. You should have acted more quickly to close this deal.
Okay Small Time I'll do that at the next secret meeting. What's your favorite flavor of ice cream?
The questions are meant for Thomas. I'm finding this Yahoo new message board deal to be a lot more cumbersome than the old boards. It is messing up everyone's game.
Blah blah blah.
"apparently the board does not want an independent and fair airing of views on this stock"
Oh, man I just spat coffee. ROFLMFAO
"this stock ALWAYS moved prior to EVERY announcement"
That would be a crime. By more than one person. A conspiracy under the law, if you will. Perhaps racketeering as well. What difference is that supposed to make anyway? You're trying to undermine my assertion that people have been duplicitous by saying that people have been duplicitous?
Why haven't you sold yet? Give me one good reason why you are still "holding". I'll give you USD$0.11 for all of your shares right now.
I just love love love love LOVE the infatuation with Helicos!! Okay, now try and tell me its inconsequential in the same breath. Love it!!!
1) I am a long
1a) From Day One I have been critical of management
2) I am really really really regretful for buying this stock
3) I am disturbed about people on this board
4) I have given up on any positive outcome
5) I am still holding this stock
6) The bashers are right
6a) Nothing the bashers say is relevant
7) I think sales figures released by management were bogus
8) Monte thinks every announcement is bogus
9) I based my decisions on what Monte and others said
10) Monte is obsessed with conspiracy theories
11) Everyone has conspiracy theories
12) Every stock has a leak prior to news (see #11)
13) Nothing points to your dream conclusion (see #5)
Well, at least he's consistent....???
Funny, I haven't changed a bit over this time. Thomas apparently has (hard to tell really), even though he's still holding, curiously. Not sure why he'd be holding and speaking in generalities instead of specific actions by management that are illegal. Not adhering to a company's bylaws jeopardizes legal status as an entity, especially for the liability protections of the corporate veil, but Thomas won't be bothered to look at laws or facts, just "conspiracies".
More than one person is knowingly and intentionally acting in a way that violates a legal procedure. They have communicated about it. This is a literal and legal CONSPIRACY but Thomas can't dare to have those words ring in his ears. Even though that is the fact.
Thomas should sell and move on with his life because he can't stand the heat in the kitchen.
Okay, now I'm confused Thomas. Maybe you're just wishy-washy. How's the weather there? Gloomy I'll bet, with an impossible chance of sunshine.
