How did we get to $1.26? It must be from all the bad news over the last 6months. I thought we were going bankrupt any day. Has something changed are we not going bankrupt. VVUS trading is really starting to look corrupt.
So Teva makes a generic Qsymia with no REMS and no CVOT. The Fda will have no safety concerns such as cleft pallet or any cardiovascular concerns. The FDA had only concerns with Qsymia not Tevas generic form I guess the FDA could stop any sales from Teva. Gee OREX could have done the same and just go generic without the extra study costs. The FDA would allow a generic Contrave without doing further studies..
will, that makes absolutely no sense. If Teva wins they will go to the expense to sell a generic Qsymia. If Teva loses then its not worth making a deal because the product currently doesn't sell. In other words Qsymia is a #$%$ product unless TEVA has full rights then its a good product.
I'm not cheering but I do find it interesting as heck the way this stock has gone with 2 FDA and 1 EMA product. I'm hanging on to my original holdings just to see what happens. We all know buying biotech's is like lottery tickets. If you can't afford to lose it then don't play it.
We have been moving up in a terrible market plus we are getting some media coverage. Someone has decided its time for VVUS to move up.
There is a reason for the huge price drop and it wasn't because of a worsening financial situation. I could understand it if there was never any hope of Qsymia or Avanafil ever making it plus burning cash to the point of running out in the next 6 months. None of this is happening so why the fast drop in share price.
If they are shorting and risking their money to make .10cents they are nuts. I think there are other reasons and it sure isn't the chance to make a few pennies.
PFE and Teva came to a very good deal for PFEs Viagra before a final decision by the judge was made. Nothing will happen until Discovery is completed and submitted. At that point both sides will know what ammunition either company has. I believe this is a ploy by Teva to get talks started as they did with PFE and Viagra.
All I know is that Sanofi was going to work on a faster delivery system for Avanafil. I guess 15 minutes isn't fast enough and I also understand that PFE is doing the same for Viagra.
Nobody is going to buy VVUS as long as the Teva challenge is out there. That is why it will be a partnership with Teva. Teva has VVUS by the short and curlies.
I thought I had heard that Sanofi was going to work on a sublimation delivery system for Stendra.
