I did. But that doesn't mean i'm not plssed off.... "Michael is working to hit a grand slam for all of us soon"... that was in December... obviously didn't happen and mislead shareholders being an insider.
The great director of Marina as per April 30, 2013.
ZAGG Inc v. Joseph Ramelli, Third Judicial District Court, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, Civil No. 120903188. On May 10, 2012, ZAGG filed a lawsuit in Utah State Court against Joseph Ramelli. The complaint alleges causes of action for defamation and false light, based on Ramelli’s authoring and causing to be published at least 15 articles relating to ZAGG that contain false and defamatory statements. Ramelli, who appeared in the lawsuit pro se, moved to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. The Company opposed the motion, and the court denied the motion to dismiss. Fact discovery has commenced. The Company intends to pursue its case vigorously against Mr. Ramelli.
ROFL... someone dumped over 100k shares at 20 cents today. Seriously.... theres a time to believe and a time to shoot yourself in the head... ahahahha.
Check out clinicaltrialsDOTgov and search in quotes for "Mirna Therapeutics". You will see they finally started their P1 with Smarticles... i guess that's a slight glimmer of hope in the pending doom of Marina. I bet Mirna can't wait to buy smarticles in bkptcy ha ha.
Looks like French and Ramelli failed! It was a pleasure conversing w everyone... even MRNAchick
I'm still here but not as I once was so I don't check that often. French has never "pumped" the stock like Joe did.... mostly he would say "we are making progress"... He would never comment on Ramelli fraud... But ramelli is connected with EOS funds and the note holder so French may have been forced to bring him on board.
There is NO 10k!!!!!!!! The didn't file it! Pretty Pathetic! Quay sold out.. most of his IP is with Atossa now.
Anyways, in the 8k from earlier this year they talk about how they extended the note to April 30... and this point "it's secured by essentially all of MRNA's assets".
Meanwhile, MRNA director Ramelli is being sued by multiple entities including ZAGG for spreading false information about stocks and then shorting them... great board French!
It does. You can see only 16 out of the total had BRCA mutations with responses. BRCA deficient is bad news. 1 year response is great. Just look up initial prognosis for these types of CA and you'll understand.
Sapacitabine and seliciclib helped elicit antitumor effects in patients w/ incurable BRCA-deficient cancers when given sequentially
They were non-complaint from June to the end of December of last year and no buyout. Ha Ha. They regain compliance for what? Now they aren't?
