Chris Lange - "....set to soar"
Great call Mr/Ms Lange
Yes! That's the point! Actelion is obviously way ahead of other big Pharma on the drug discovery front in GCPR- but by inference, ARNA is on the right track in that they appear to be making headway in the right area of research.
Check out Actelion S1P1 research - you will see that they are all about GPCR research. From PAH to PAA to Thrombosis to ED - Cardiac arteriosclerosis The endothelial tissue is where the research has been guided, for good reason.
The SEC is not going to police that situation. SO a committee for the shareholders is not much solace - I fully ex[pect that there are inter-company lines of credit btw TK and TNK, TOO, TGP. But as to the parent going down and taking the "daughters" with it, I would think that the loans would be collateralized...
Inventories are reflecting increased volume purchased at a bulk discount, in anticipation increasing order flow. What am I missing? looks like a good report, all in all.
No, Ocwen's structure is too convoluted with the related entities. But the problem is foreclosures. The foreclosures take too much time and money to cure, and cannot be done over the internet with robo-programs. Only the collection process can do that. Thank the economy and the off-shoring/outsourcing of jobs. Now the tax inversions are indicating that our wonderful idea of Globalization is backfiring on us. Who are the globalists? Do they send their own children into the mid-east to fight for the freedom they enjoy for themselves to dictate to everyone else?
Today is a Fed Decision Day
The parent company, Teekay (TK) and many of its daughter companies are dry bulk carriers.TNK is being robbed by Peter to pay Paul, IMHO.
I thought the Rockwood strategy was for them to mine lithium in Nevada via a hardrock technique. And use the Br form ALB to render LiBr in order to make Tesla Batteries. I'm confused, because Rockwood's South American Lithium is only a fraction of the SQM mines/wells in the Atacoma Desert region.
maybe its old info, perhaps. Todays price action is obviously not based on the news thats been made public. And the bonds have not moved in price either. It looks like a Ouiji board thats out of control.
Nothing has changed at Ocwen - except more liars lying at Forbes (a hangout for paid bashing stories) and a dirty rag that is part of a dying empire of Paper Print Journalism -a do-do bird has a better chance of making it than Fortune Magazine.
Yes, they have a term loan due next year and the 6.625's due the year after for $350mm. So I think they can survive unless the socialist that were inserted on their BoD recently are trying to pull the rug out from under them. The equity is just being manipulated by their "would-be" future owners. If their current mgmt cant understand that, well then there is little hope that they can run the company either.
Grab ahold of the steering wheel-- give us some guidance... Surely, by now, Wilbur Ross or another vulture investor has called and is willing to give you some cash.
bloody hands- but the only way to buy low is to scale in after a couple of huge down days.
