I think they need a series of strong news to break resistance, otherwise it falls right back in. The last doubling rally was Nov 2012, and it lasted less than 1 day, actually around 1 hour. A sell every rally mentality takes a long time to break, and really good news strongly implying a new reality is needed.
I'm going to suggest that whenever Velti's financial condition is discussed, the word "robust" must be used in every post. I've always liked the word, especially as it applied to very ample bossoms. So, when you think Velti, robust immediately follows in one's mind, especially as management decisions are considered.
To quote Gen Jack Ripper from "Dr. Strangelove" that's good shooting soldier! As we know, a few weeks ago it was at $13 and it could surely recover to $6. All I'll say is when a micro with the market cap value of a car is being traded, and invested in, no one has a clue what when or why. Management thinks its worth $400, so they are only off by $399!
re:"Although what is actually running now? Seriously though, what staff and operations does VELTF have?
just needing to raise the questions is all one needs to know about how it ends - FLEEEEEEEEEEEE
based on your facts, I'd spec that this is a few cents overpriced, but just a few. A reasonable person would know if anything good was happening, they'd make it known, quickly and loudly. THERE IS NO THERE THERE.
Those holding GM have enjoyed a 32% return over last 2 years. We no longer have access to ERFW results past a few weeks, so lets estimate their last 2 years PATHETIC.
"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it", .
very good - I finally watched "Boiler Room", not bad but obviously derivative of Wall Street, to the point that the traders gather to watch GG in their favorite movie. As the man himself said:
What's worth doing is worth doing for money.
Someone probably has, or should write about how participation in these chat boards increases paranoia. Someone opposes your point of view or expresses factual info that runs counter to your beliefs, and it becomes too tempting not to demonize them. Same kind of thinking prevents Tea Party candidates from accepting anything modern science has discovered in last 500 years. The dems should find a guy named Charles Darwin and run him - would be fun!
we're all highly paid bashers here, and please emphasize highly. A party who must remain nameless compensates us for our efforts, tearing down an otherwise strong and financially stable company. Do not underestimate our groups power; since I went on his payroll, I've been able to cut way back on my tupperware parties!
For those people who are investing in ERFB today, it doesn’t matter what happened one, two, three years ago.
It matters greatly and only liars or mentally infirm believe otherwise.
What cannot be disputed is that ERFB is ine of the worst performing stocks in the history of investing, My broker is not EF Hutton but I recognize a co that consistently converts dollars in to a fraction of a penny.
I dont know if you see anything wrong with needing a 350% rally to break even (paper loss over $100,000) on a co that is off 99.85% from its high and that already has units in bankruptcy. I just do not know a precedent where a larger entity comes running for a big plate of that.
I should have mentioned ERFB here soon - it has moved from 1 to 4 in 2 days!
Other than interest costs (I think we said 1.5% monthly) of course there is no reason to ever cover. I understand people hoping for short covering rally but thats been the hope for years now - how many ways can shorts win!
If mindless pumping and hoping for a miracle had value, longs on this board would be set. I have no interest here other than encouraging people to get 3 cents for a share that will soon be worth no cents. The reason the pumpers have not drawn out the road to recovery is that there just is not one. Salvage something...
yes, SPD, the last resort of clowns like this - case in point ERFB - I bought 5000 shares at .025 a few years ago, and as of the last split, they kindly rounded up so I could keep 1 share. We'll see how pathetic Velti mgmt on this issue, because it fools no one.
