I find your thought of real value - unique on this board! I harken back to the A/R issue. It is like putting a super efficient furnace in a home then proceeding to knock out the back wall. Bears watching but feels like lots of time needs to pass before a rational person would buy a share again. That level of mgmt. error does not usually get forgiven in the market.
I'm sure your typo corrected would be 5-hours! Lew needs to ask for 1 more reverse split before New Years - ultimately the co will be worth $100 and I propose you then buy it and run it from Starbucks. This co at the end of 2013 reminds me of the tail end of some epic manias like tech stocks 2000-2002. ERF should forget about the Texas oilfields and start selling tulip bulbs!
This bet by Blackstone could be completely wrong and as a $17B co it would not hurt alot, but no doubt they hate losses as much as Gordon Gekko. A co not in control of A/R is so out to sea, it could be a what they knew then vs what they know now scenerio. I ran a tiny biz for a decade and if you dont tie obtaining new biz directly to getting paid for it in a reasonable time frame, you are in charge of a ship of fools! This has to be more than just a Greek thing, o/w all Greek cos would be selling their divisions into bankruptcy. The only clear message in all this to me at present is that special ed needs to keep averaging down!
Master knows all, sees all - not multiple IDs - he is multiple entities - be respectful, else he will rot off your
Pharisaic Face and feed to wild swine outside his condo!
glad you got out then - you know the story well, obviously. What do you think % chance that current common shares will not be worthless in 2014? I cant see more than 1%, if that, but appreciate your thoughts/
Huge spread is what the individual who shorted this at 5,5000,000 times 400 in June 2000 now resides on!
You are not implying lew is one of those wide stance in airport restroom boys - if so, one of those Duck Dynasty fellows asks him to reconsider his entry point!
after seeing this unfold, a reasonable person has to wonder where the next cave-in in this sector will be. After Jan effect, I wonder if MM is not a nice short. I look at that chart and can imagine people retiring based on buying puts before earnings.
The $18 cash on the balance sheet makes me think buy and drink a bottle of cheap scotch and go home! Small biz failures are like stock trading failures - everybody thinks they are smarter than they are.
of course and that is what makes the effort on this board so amusing- who in the sane world would pay someone to try to prop this up.? His efforts and expressions are so good, hopefully this takes years to play out!
Master knows all things - CLSN and VELTI both top quality investments. Third top quality investment a pile of rotting cabbages, center of village. Make wonderful Christmas presents!
Master hlin is resting but asked me to assure all that today's trade is just as desired. Buy now, and average down with no fears. Any who disagree, you are simply giving one's pharisaic face to the public eyes. So there!
what you describe is clearly a reason for us wee retailers to buy - the mc is already down to a half mil. If this is a specific effort to take price down from the 50s where it traded a good bit this year, to 1, I expect an acquirer would pay maybe 20, the price before the last breakdown. Tomorrow's action may tell us if this is a day trade for the high liquidity crowd, or something that takes longer to play out. Agree?
He'll keep pumping madly til shares are worthless because that is always how it plays out. Simply put,
giving one's pharisaic face to the public eyes is the best pumping of junk I've ever seen! Well done Master!
just a level of conviction issue, eh?
it may not be the word of the year in the US but I appreciate your using it. Learned intellect plus complete sociopathic personality equals VELTI to the moon, VERY FREELY!
hlin has outdone himself with this one and to my best ability to determine, giving one's pharisaic face to the public eyes can be counted as a charitable donation for FY 2013!
It was obvious to you but not many of us others and I hope you profited nicely. Anyone who makes a call that bold and correct must be asked his fav long or short for new year? I like AUDC long, and CRM short might work.
I concur - if the all time high in June 2000 actually was $5,948,437.50, I just dont think todays drop of 60% of a penny hurts that much - as always lew has final say.
