Royal Dutch Shell PLC is in talks to acquire BG Group PLC, according to people familiar with the matter.
BG, a gas producer, has a market capitalization of GBP31 billion ($46 billion), meaning a deal for the company would be one of the year’s biggest.
That is what I am thinking,maybe wanted to buy something else this quarter. SHLX just needs some press,maybe BBEP will get kicked out of the Alerian and SHLX added.

Yeah, I made 120% on some of the PSXP I had,but sold all of it and bought DM and SHLX,hoping to ride SHLX to $80. I might keep some SHLX due to RDS being a super major. Patience is key here, holding this is better than day trading.
CPPL has only 14.6% of the 15,000 miles. Trading at 2.5% yield,although projecting 20% annual yield increases.They have good assets,but not sure about a double. I think they are to spin out the GP mid year,it might be good to own.
I don't like that they will have debt from the start.
