Greatbarf you say not to believe in a God but you blindly defend your man-boy as a deity . Can you not see failure and weakness in his every move ? Only Dims in safe havens can afford to stand near him. Bush had his share of failures but always projected strength . The man-boy projects helplessness for all the world to see.
Good luck with KMP I plan to skip this round and come back in Sept. Phil
The facts are that there are more voters looking for others to take responsibility for there lives than are willing to take care of themselves . The President of Argentina sounds just like Obama offering the free lunch to a populace looking for a free ride.
I hereby nominate johnharleyn,s post for "The Post of the Weak" award. If John wants to pay taxes on his IRA income its his dam right as a American. Also it will help cover for my cheating:)
The traders and pretend longs will sell before earnings in hopes of buying back lower. One in particular will brag about trading wins he has had in a row :). If the miss is small there will be a blip and quick recovery. If something happens bad the blip will be deeper and have a longer duration. If it sell off big going into earnings I would buy and take a chance . Phil
No slick I was pimping you with your own posts . You have talked out of both sides of your mouth for years on PSEC . When you buy in low ,it's a " blue chip" ,a raving "gift from God". You sell high and the stock is then"broken",""damaged goods" and "going down to zero".
I suggest you simply say PSEC is my favorite stock. When it goes up and down I make a lot of money and I love it. Don't bite the hand that feeds you, now that's fundamental !
This evening everyone will hear what they want to hear. It will take awhile to understand what was actually said and meant. My guess is more fuel on the fire with a more than subtitle hint of caution. Then everyone will look at each other and ask," what the hell does that mean"?
Slick, you have posted PSEC is a "broken stock". What is a "broken stock"? You posted having hundreds of winning trades on PSEC. How much money have you made trading this "broken stock"? You might consider using separate logins for pumping and bashing, so people want know you are the same. Is " mr.slicktop2u" taken? :)
Kras Wall Street and large corporations supported Obama and he came through for Wall Street with a cheap money policy. The losers were Main Street self employed who can't get loans and people looking for a career and are lucky to find any menial job. The policies of Obama have increased citizens dependence of Government transfer payments(handouts and early Social Security). My IRA balance is higher now than in 2008 but would be even higher if I had a job to contribute to a 401K. Looks like young people living with parents and either flipping burgers and unemployed is the new normal. Your Mom said to bring some milk home when you get off at Mickey D :)
Raybans, I doubt the FED acts at all anytime soon . Looks like Europe in recession and there is always something to point to that gives reason not to raise rates . The market does not seem to think rates will rise. Take a look at ETB, Inverse Interest ETF, going lower every day bumping or setting near new 52wk low. I am heavy cash now looking for direction and all I see is Bull market going higher slowly . Phil
Redfox, something unusual . This is your first post on account set up April 2011. It took you over 3 years to figure out how to do a 6 word post. Slow learner or what?
Steve I bet there are no shorts on this MB. There are some traders who run it down mistakenly thinking they cause people to sell so they can buy lower. Take what you want and pass on the rest.
I sold my PSEC today for 17 cent gain and will buy when the price is low. I have started two long term holds on BDC MCC and TSLX. Both have earnings that easily cover there Dividend. I would not be surprised if PSEC had a dividend cut and a big price drop which I will trade. Worst case for someone who want trade for whatever reason is IMO a 2 cent Dividend cut to 9 cents or $1.08 annual. If you bought at a high of $11.00 your yield would be $9.8% ,although not bad trading will do better. To each his own. Best luck to all including Slick and Minnie :) Phil
