Whats all the fuss about ? This was 7 dollars a share . Its pretty hard to get excited over 38 cents . Andrews and crew have 100 million shares to buy for all there mistakes .

Hey ANDREWS ? 60 Million ? you forgot to add in all the dilution and all your miss steps . I bet your at 150 million invested . If you take a look at your Market Cap . Its 40 million . Not a very good track record ,Is it ? Do you really think you and all of your Insiders deserve a pay check ? -
Why would they add another Director ? None of the others do anything for or at Castle .

There were no arrangements or understandings pursuant to which Mr. Zyman was appointed as a director, and there are no related party transactions between the Company and Mr. Zyman reportable under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
Why would they create a spot for him ? -

They loaned Castle money at 18 percent and are doing it again right now . And dont forget the preferred dividend they pay themselves every quarter . So when they bought those shares years and years ago . It was with shareholder money . Dont forget it .

There is nobody short . End of story .Quit dreaming . I do know there is 108 million shares outstanding . Who ever bought this at 20 cents god bless them . I really feel bad for the investors that bought at 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 dollar that have gotten killed on there investment .

Any BOD worth anything would of replaced everyone in Management years ago . The way Managenent has the Preferred Stock set up they are in complete control of the company . The only way this stock will go up is if we see a massive buyback . It may go up 30 or 40 cents but we will never see the 7 dollar range without the buy back and the retirement of those shares .

I wonder who Andrew, Glover ,and Spillane found for new investors ? This increase in volume doesnt just happen for no reason at all .I hope they have learned there lesson and treat the new investors better then us old ones . We will never see 6 or 7 dollars again with all the dilution . We could just possibly see a buck though .

Not a half bad trading week . Its been 4 years in the making and 106 million shares later . Management still doesnt deserve a pay check . They have been taking one for years. . Just maybe there about to earn one . Lets keep our fingers crossed .
