MY book about Disneyland, " My Disney Side" is for sale on Amazon in print for $12.99 and $3.99 Kindle. People like it! You can look for LUNA to improve as I've dumped all of my shares at a $1. I lost a small fortune on API/LUNA when at one time I could have taken profits and walked away with $150K profit. Live and learn, my new picks are doing very well. PNPL started the week at $1; it is now at $10. It's a marijuana stock. Smoke it!
You make a valid point. Lots of weak gold companies will be squeezed by lack of demand and tiny margins and go belly up. But the ones that survive should rebound upside to new heights. The strategy is to buy a half dozen gold stocks, accept a loser or two, and wait it out. With a currency collapse on the horizon it may be sooner than later.
I might add that Brazil Resources has great prospects not only for its gold fields its acquiring cheap, but for uranium as well. I'll be picking some of that up soon.
The market demand trend looks favorable up ahead. The world is going for cheap and clean nuclear energy. I'm not too happy with San Onofre, but if there's money to be made here I have take it.
Uranium stocks are dirt cheap, and posed for a turnaround, as the world turns to nuclear energy for clean fuel. Japan is turning on their nukes, India is adding, Russia's sweet deal with the U.S. ended, and demand will outstrip supply in the near future. I picked up FCUUF this week.
Eagle has a point. They continue the dubious strategy of losing money each quarter, evidently to avoid taxes, but at what cost? They're avoiding share price growth. They've also always said they'll turn it around next quarter, and they never do. Yet the technology of API may finally be catching fire. I've been diversifying with a portfolio of Bowser stocks and Fool picks. I put way too much into this dog ten years ago and it's cost me dearly. But I feel the technology will overcome the poor management in time. I should have stuck to real estate which I know well. Who knows? Maybe my new book about Disneyland will catch fire. The publisher is working on it in December, and it will come out in the early part of next year on Themeparkpress. The publisher has published 90 books about Disneyland, and he advertises them on the backs of his other books, so I'll enjoy a connection to his customers.
