They walk down the price, then do a merger so cheap shareholders hold the bag. That's what API appears to have done last month. Hopefully LUNA can repair the sinking ship.
It's time for API to rise from the ashes into the phoenix that LUNA can be. Now that the #$%$ Detroit Demolition of shareholder value has ended, maybe the state of the art technology can prosper like it should have done years ago.
Talk about stupid. This has to be the dumbest internet advertising of all time.
Short? It's way to early to take profits, you moron.
I'm not in yet, but plan to buy some next month. This technology has a bright future. I'm not too excited about the management's track record though.
They're saying my authorization letter was lost in the mail, so I said I no longer want to participate.
I did sign up. But that's only a little over 100,000 shares. Levy will need a lot more shareholders to come on board. I want the merger to go through. I just object to the golden parachutes given to the guys that drove us into the ditch, especially when we're only getting 30 cents a share. There's a lot more value to those shares than that.
I noticed no lawsuits have been filed yet. I doubt if they can get enough green lights to make a good go of it.
