    ARR Repurchase History

Its always nice that they have the buyback available, however, at the looks of it, I dont believe they are buying back shares right now. The volume isnt much higher, and seeing as many other REITs are rising over the last month, ARR has been pretty flat. I would expect a couple days of buying would bring the stock price up 10cents or so. A couple %%%.
It looks like they are waiting to buy shares til they have an idea about interest rates and their future holdings. It looks like they are trying to retain some cash at this point, as much as they can legally keep.

I actually sold for a profit as well - I may look to re-enter if this ever takes a breather. RSI is up around 90.... so I think its due for a pullback. If we get back towards $6 I will enter the stock again, but its on my watch list. Unfortunately its still a cheap stock, growing 'slowly', but earnings, and cash wise, this stock is dirt cheap. So that was what was keeping me in. They will make around $0.60EPS this year... so at that multiple, its 11xE, but with their 80mil in cash, if u EX-cash, its less than 10PE... that pretty cheap. However, since all its revs are from ZADAXIN, I believe that is why it gets the discount.

    New insider purchase at $6/sh

    Yes indeed.
Its been helping that the Chinese markets have been up the last few days too. Looks like Hong Kong markets are at a fresh new 5yr high today. SCLN keeps trucking along, relatively 'sideways' the last few days compared to the large moves upwards the previous days.

  • Nancy T Chang, a director of SciClone Pharmaceuticals, recently acquired 25,040 shares of the company. The buys took place at $6.00 per share, on August 15, 2014. Chang now owns 25,040 shares of the company
... looks as though these were not 'gifted' shares this time.
    Good to see.

To be honest I cannot say where I believe this stock will trade.
I am not worried about the investigations, if they were going to be material, there would have been an announcement of some sort, i think.
I could guess that there might have been some institutional buying of the stock the last few days, all of the volume over 5 days.
If the stock trades sideways the next week or so, that is very positive and I could see if going towards 7/sh again, Price to Earnings ratio is

I saw that blurb also - I was very happy to see that, and then I saw they were free shares, and then sold some. Then I was less happy.... I am pleased with the price action, and the price holding up well yesterday and today. We are at some key levels, and I believe short covering is the reason for the rally.
HOWEVER, the stock is still grossly undervalued at current levels if they can put together some more Qs like the last. Cost cutting and growing ZADAXIN sales. Now we just need some news for DC Bead and Neucardin

We found a ltitle support at 6.25, which is good to see.
Honestly a dip to 6 to get the sellers out and new buyers in wouldnt be horrible. Or some sideways trading for a few days. Especially since I think the overall markets will be sideways to down for the next few days.
SCLN is still a cheap stock, trading less than 15x forward earnings. If they can keep delivering and DC bead and Manocept trucking along, this is a $10+ stock easy. All those behind the scenes, SEC/DOJ things are a moot point, they have set $$ aside for the damages. So unless something huge comes out of them, the street it pleased with the growth they are seeing

Someone is buying up some shares. Volume has been quite impressive. Question is, where is the top?? All good things must come to an end. I think we will actually push towards 7 over the next few weeks. 5 green days in a row, and most have been 4+%. I hope for a breather, its healthy, but I guess with all the shorts... this can keep moving quite quickly.

... once again, this is nothing to do with current MSLP, so sure.... Nix and Putnam can take the plea and take down those two. HAS NO EFFECT ON MSLP.

That was a smart post. They are focusing on a partner for Manocept first - they stated in the CC that they would ramp down the phase3s for 4694 and 5001 (still keeping them going, but limiting the amount of $$ they burn), once they get the partner and some $$, they can continue full steam ahead.
It looks like they are taking things in steps, using the LS revs to build on that, hoping to get Manocept up and running, and I would bet 2016/17 is when to expect reasonable revs from 4694 5001 when they are approved.

If short sellers took profit.... there would be a buy side bias on the stock.... since they will essentially buy shares to close out their shorts. Sorry, Nice try.
Im not disagreeing with you that it wont go down, because it probably will, its gone down 9 straight days, so reason to signal an end of it now.

Yeah, IO had a rough couple years with the legal trouble and such. Its all behind them now, and their being VERY conservative with the cash and assets.
They know that it will be a tough year, so they are looking into 2015. I like that it found support and bounced (nicely) off 3.25. I think we can tick back up into the 3.70s by next week. I still believe this is a $4 stock in the near term and depending on how 2015 guidance and numbers are $6 couldn't be out of the questions barring a large market correction.

Not even close to game over..... Earnings were bad, they could have been worse, and they weren't horrible.
1/4 of their market cap is cash. Still earning some FCF. It will be a long road, but IO will have plenty of years ahead of them.

Our first day in the GREEN in 8days. We have been red, over the last 8 trading days. Markets have been down 8 of the last 10 days also.
Tomorrow will be a green day for NBG, closing at 3.10, on positive NBGI news as well as Europe rebounding from all the red today. Sell off was over sold in the EU banks, and NBG is best poised for the stress tests (but thats not saying too much)

They dont have alot of hope for 2014.... so thats a #$%$ shoot, since there is still 2Qs to go. Oil prices havent helped much as of late either.
I think we will tread back down to the low $3 range and stay there until we get some decent numbers.
Pretty poor guidance, but if they can cut some costs, that might work out in our favor.
