Dar I am glad you have retired and have the time to do this kind of analysis. I am now a part owner of a growing vineyard which requires picking, stemming,squeezing, and pushing grapes. Less productive but maybe a bit more fun. Cheers!
Good info as usual. NRF will be offering still another reit in ist half, 2014. I am guessing in the housing field.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
There were 2 things I wanted to check from yesterday's presentation so I listened to the replay.. One to reconcile the supplements' sales figures from the quoted $100 million monthly in the presentation -- that was from #1 reit, And two the 50,000 that appears to be present day for #2 & #3. The "down" is from my gin-soaked memory of earlier in the year when to my knowledge the reps got up to 74,000.
There may be some initial headwinds to overcome in the two new private reits. Listening again to yesterday's presentation the first reit was taking in $100 million/monthly as it drew to an end. So I expect the two new private reits to ramp up as they mature. The sales force is down to 50,000 but the productivity will be higher. I also look toward to additional reits similar to 1 & 3 and also a housing reit. Looking into 2017 there should be some 6-7 billion monies raised generating up to $200 million in mgt fees, or close to $.80 cents per share. As an aside, look at the recent reports on nrf, all positive.
