One hope is that Hammo's 2 Stanford grad childrens have a good amount of the stock -- I don't think they sold any. Hammo likes to strut around his fellow Stanford grads. You can google it up. Also a plus in the good guy column, he is still married to same sweet gal. I will think of other straws to grab.
You are a frigging genius. My cost basis is close to zero because I jumped from common to preferred and back again since 2007--- and who cares? By the way I have stocks that are ill performing in part I suspect due to window dressing prior to the end of the June quarter.
Go to Yahoo summary page for NRF and look at Benzinga's chart on price changes for NRF vs. VNQ. Who is the genius Gekko or Dar. And if you go back even further the relative performance in NRF's favor becomes even much greater. Having been there, I vote for Dar; gekko is a real loser.
