Who was accessing CBS reporter's computer?
On June 18, 1972, the Washington Post reported that the night before, there had been a break-in at the offices of the Democratic National Committee in the Watergate Hotel.
"This morning, the Post’s Erik Wemple reported that forensic analysis has confirmed multiple invasions of at least one computer used by CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson. Attkisson has been one of only a handful of reporters who have dared to write critically about the Obama administration. In October 2011, we noted her statement that a representative of the White House had screamed and sworn at her because she was not being “reasonable” about the Fast and Furious scandal. A representative of the Department of Justice was more moderate; she merely yelled at Attkisson.
She said that she first noticed “irregular activity” on one of her computers in February 2011, when she was reporting on Fast and Furious and the Obama administration’s “green energy” scandals.
CBS News says:
"A cyber security firm hired by CBS News has determined through forensic analysis that Sharyl Attkisson’s computer was accessed by an unauthorized, external, unknown party on multiple occasions late in 2012. Evidence suggests this party performed all access remotely using Attkisson’s accounts..forensic analysis revealed an intruder had executed commands that appeared to involve search and exfiltration of data."
"This party also used sophisticated methods to remove all possible indications of unauthorized activity, and alter system times to cause further confusion."
DOJ has already announced that “to our knowledge,” it has never accessed Ms. Attkisson’s computers. There are, of course, multiple people and entities who might be interested in information stored on a reporter’s computer. But the obvious potential culprit is the White House. If it turns out that someone acting on behalf of the White House, carried out the illegal infiltration of Attkisson’s computer(s), for the first time
No worry. Foulger writes this stuff while going without sleep, multi-tasking and snorting lines of Marx when consulting the calendar. Hence, Thursday becomes Sunday.
"Mmm, Sundae! Who doesn't like sundaes?"
I'll let anyone else read your weasel reply and do a search themselves( This is what Yahoo shows, you mincing #$%$.) to determine the snake.
Attacking, misrepresenting other, LYING in his first post on this board:
"Lawsuits happen to the best of companies. Few are materially impacted by them. The threat of lawsuits, on the other hand, are often used as a scare tactic. I can only assume that the piling on of lawyers on this spurious suit reflects a conscious attempt, on somebody's part to scare the price of RAS lower. I don't mind the opportunity. I didn't sell at 15, like one individual who responded to your post. I bought for average at 5 and 6, and am already ahead. If you are short, cover now. You don't have a prayer of covering your position at a profit."
This was relatively tame. Then came to campaigns to have opposers turned in to FBI and SEC. The ponderous pedantic unrelated lectures from the Royal We.... Anyone from that era KNOWS Foulger. We don't need Foulger to resell himself. He's the same losing BLOWHARD he always was.
Translation: "Like so many other times, I've 'layered in' based on a belief in my own hubris. Therefore, you need to buy more now so that I may have someone to sell to as I 'layer out'."
Established: Foulger refuses to admit those trades are all below current trade at time of ghost's post (as well as of this post time).
Established: Foulger obfuscates with digression to his mythic cost basis.
Established: Foulger's dialogues are that of a weasel.
Established: Foulger admits to these trades (He originally lied about the 7.65 and 7.87 trades--I called him out on them--and he admitted how I corrected his "re-reporting" of them.).
Established: Foulger tells ghost he's not under water on those trades.
Established: Foulger is a LIAR.
Yes, it is ridiculous to imagine a Left-wing part-time soft science community college professor running a private for-profit corporation, let alone advising investment in such a company. Or maybe it's just ridiculous to believe his cheerleading and personal fantasy trading.
He ought to teach at McGill.
ANYONE honest with themselves who read this board during the period Kilgore mines, through to the modern era here, know what he has said to characterize you rings absolutely true.
It now trades at less than half of that sparkly bauble Foulger held before you.
From the RAS board 6 years ago, populated primarily with retirees and near retirees, Davis Foulger has sent wave after wave of readers to their doom with his over-the-top pumping.
At 1:15 PM today (May 29, 2013), you posted that you bought at both 7.65 and then at 7.87. Now you change your claim regarding the second trade (like you changed claim regarding the first trade, but even more so on the second), lowering in buy $0.10.
Foulger you have reached your apex of success in modelling the POTUS--you now need not even care if your lies of obvious to your sycophantic followers! Congratulations, really.
"so I bought at $7.64" Foulger, am May 29th
"Today's buys (at $7.65 " Foulger, 2 hours later the same day (today)
Need to keep track of what you say when you are in the liar biz, Foulger. Your clown briefs are showing.
Foulger's last two RAS trades reported in last week of trading days were $8.2X and 8.10 while arguing that RAS would not go lower. He blew it. Now what him spin it.
