How about giving me some color on this then?
Subject: RE: WebsiteBrokerage/ContactUsTradingInquiries
Please note that the transfer agent, Bank of New York recalled everyone's shares from DTC, The Depository Trust Company.
We would suggest contacting the agent for the company to obtain further details:
BANK OF NEW YORK (BNYLOANS)
111 SANDERS CREEK PARKWAY 2ND FL
EAST SYRACUSE NY 13057
Alternatively, you may be able to search in your favorite internet browser to find out more about why the shares were recalled. Generally, they will be recalled once the agent determines there will be no further distribution.
Thank you for choosing Scottrade. Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

Ok so tell me again when I get paid for the bonds that were removed from my account and submitted to a tender offer for $0.00
You know bill, anybody can submit or edit data on wiki sites, that is kind of how they work. maybe you should reread it
well I guess I am just looking at a zero right now. and all anyone can offer is hopes that maybe something will show up at a later time. I feel that if that were the case they would have informed holders of this.
So then explain to me why my 2012 Bonds Show as a total loss in my account? Just looking for how you could possibly still think this. Did you own bonds?
So thats a good point, but let me ask you, currently does your trading account show your bonds as gone as mine does? I don't really know what to do about that I contacted scottrade and they told me to contact BNY Mellon. But as it sits right now it looks like another loss compliments of blockbuster.
I saw a copy of the letter, but it was not sent directly to me. I assumed it meant that they understood there would be no payout to anyone holding those notes and wanted to dispose of the issue. Pretty certain we get nothing for the notes.
All I know is that in my account, it shows up that my notes were submitted to a tender offer for zero dollars, and it shows up in my gain/loss center as a complete realized loss.
