  • and 'tho I've given them leeway in the past, I will vote to be rid of
the entire crew. profit margin, operating margin and, return on equity
    ALL down at least 30%.
there aren't enough short shares outstanding to influence the SP
and it's pretty clear the lowball shares are offered entirely from the
UNREASONABLY CHEAP options given to management since none
of the longs accumulating since .10 in hope of selling MUCH higher
would unload at these prices; clearly ONLY those who got FREE/CHEAP
options could make a profit selling at these prices.
IF the SP at year-end does not reflect the TRUE VALUE of this company
I will seek to bring a class action lawsuit against all appropriate parties in
breach of their FIDUCIARY DUTY to protect shareholder value. ANY
lawsuit brought under RICO statutes would seek TREBLE DAMAGES
from the defendants and would afford them no defense thru bankruptcy.
I have no intention selling and, looking at the daily volumes don't think
    any large holders are either.
IT'S TIME TO START TO THINKING PRO-ACTIVELY.
p.s. i'm in for 435K and would like responses from like 100K shareholders.

  • to all the "entities" knocking down the PM values and PM stocks.
it's a wonderful job you're doing influencing the West to sell it's PMs,
all of which are snapped up by the peoples and central banks in BRICS
who can't believe their good fortune. but, hey, they have only been around
a couple of millennia; what do they know about value.
after the "Big Bang" collapses the New World economies and devastates
their way of life we shall once again see the peasants storming the castle
with their pitchforks (a metaphor) and it won't be pretty. (lol)

thank you for the info, of which I was unaware.
as there is no doubt in my mind this stock is manipulated the real question
is by whom and, WHY. IF the option holders have shares in the millions I
can understand their day trading at fractionals. this still begs the question,
why not let the SP rise and then sell . i'm really looking for an opinion.
instead I get crude remarks from a moron like "minnesota..." who,
like craig doesn't answer a question but, goes off on a tangent like
    every politician we hear.
    but, thanks again "greatdondada"

not to get into a pi_sing match with you but, curious why you're telling me to hold
my shares. i've been accumulating since '12, have 425K with low price @ .09.
seems you are truly a nitwit...so, now on IGNORE
p.s. how many shares do YOU have???

  • myfido_2 by myfido_2 Sep 5, 2014 3:48 PM Flag

at my 8/29,30 posts and have the same unanswered questions.
only responses by the 2 nitwits/shills "auggie..." and his sidekick/ego
"Minnesota..." who said "no manipulation you #&^*hole, just free market working...

now ending day 23 since then and, price on 22 of those days @ .27.
so, who is placing all these shares for sale:
    a) persons with free or cheap options
    b) the MMs
    c) retail investors who are long and/or accumulating and holding
    d) retails who bought at lower prices hoping to make profits on gains
(in light of Zacks, Yahoo Finance, CNN Money, etc., all of whom
place the stock valuation at around .70 ?

  • they're giving this stuff away. too bad it's only the
Chinese, Russians, Indians, Turks, Mid-East potentates
Asians and Western Central Banks buying.

hey auggie (augustus I presume), I hope you are not referring to me, "fido"
but, seems to me you may be...if so just say it.
FYI this is the same "fido" who has been posting since 8/12 (my entry into
DEJ), of which I own 425K shares so obviously I LOVE DEJ.
I have NEVER offered any opinion to buy or sell DEJ. I do only what I
    think is right for me.
now, I d/n/k who "masiach" is but, agree the MM/someone is PLAYING THIS STOCK.
i also think your partner "mi..." is a mole (as in "plant")..
p.s. I agree with everything you say about DEJ's future.

to the 2 nitwits, minnesotasucks and auggie, IF you were referring to me ("fido"):
neither of you know #$%$ about "libel" AND, if you can't see a difference between
"every,shareholder...selling shares" and the granting of THOUSANDS of options
created out of thinair by "management" and selling them at "opportune" time periods I can't help you.

p.s "those in a fiduciary capacity have the DUTY and OBLIGATION to enhance the
value of a company FOR THE BENEFIT OF SHAREHOLDERS (OR, AT LEAST TRY TO).
IS THIS WHAT YOU 2 TOADIES THINK DEJ MANAGEMENT IS DOING?
AND, "FIDO" HAS BEEN POSTING SINCE 2012..."50+ ALIASES...NICE TRY" !

FOR SHARING THE FRUITS OF YOUR LABOR with the rest of us.
it is a real eye opener and answers the question of just where all the
shares from the sell orders come from.
conceptually it does seem that there is some BREACH OF FIDUCIARY
DUTY on the part of these officers/directors...that is, the effect of their use
of buying/selling options which they then trade on the open market
HAS A DIRECT EFFECT ON SHARE PRICES AND UNDULY AND
UNJUSTLY ENRICHES THEM AND AFFECTS THE SHARE PRICE.
THIS WOULD BE WHOLLY APART FROM THE QUESTION OF WHETHER
WHAT THEY DO IS TECHNICALLY LEGAL.

    THOUGHTS ANYONE?

I thank both ml4999 and setups/swings for their informative and intelligent views BUT,
OUESTION to ml4999... when I google "DEJ insider trades", ALL available sites SHOW
    NO INSIDER ACTIVITY;

QUESTION TO SETUPS...I d/n use the word manipulation ('tho masiach does), however,
I ask, what trader(s) are doing what you say when the SP on most days changes fractionally around
a cent...how do they make money, UNLESS IT"S ONLY 1 or a few traders?
QUESTION STILL UNANSWERD IS..."WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS...ISN'T THERE AN
    EASIER WAY TO MAKE MONEY?
THESE ARE REALLY QUESTIONS FOR WHICH I HAVE NO ANSWER.
    THANKS FOR THE HELP.
    have a nice Holiday weekend.

  • myfido_2 by myfido_2 Aug 29, 2014 12:58 PM Flag

just who the market maker(s) is/are? I agree with "mashiach"s thinking and
think it's obvious what's going on especially in light of the fact
that there have been NO insider trades this year according to all
    the trading sites.
    price on 8/30/13 and 6/30/14 was .21
    price on 7/7/14 and 7/23/14 was .24
    price on 7/28/14 and 8/28/14 was .28
after the last dates above the price went up to the next level so,
obviously the prices between dates were simply fodder for trading
WHICH MAKES SENSE ONLY FOR SOME ENTITY WITH A HUGE
NUMBER OF SHARES AND NO/LITTLE TRADING COSTS.

    HOW TO BEAT THIS SCHEME?
    IS IT LEGAL?
HOW CAN WE FIND OUT JUST WHO'S RESPONSIBLE?

    INTELLIGENT ANSWERS ONLY. PLEASE!

a question for the experts at Zacks, "just why would one sell now just as the very beaten down
Au price may soar" (peripherally helping PPP)... certainly a much better upside than down to do so.
I do believe the "powers" will again try to take the metals down short term...UNLESS THIS VERY UNSTABLE
WORLD INTERFERES. either way it won't last long...and the already beaten down miners may not
be as affected as many think. JUST AN OPINION.

nice to meet you too and, good luck to all shareholders.

  • I scored 50K between 8/13 and today @ .2723. now at 425K @ .1995.
waiting for slav's return to the board at .40
please wish me well and good luck to all longs who had/have the guts to hold on
    ...my first (4K) on 8/7/12 @ .2285.

  • if PAL is to break out above its 6 month trading range?
    SERIOUS REPLIES PLEASE.
my feeling is that because of nature of what it mines and where,
little chance of bankruptcy given combined 33% insider/institutional
ownership. poor as mgm't record which some believe many current problems are past
us and are what they are.
at current prices hard to see much downside.

    please stop w/ the BS
don't know why as 25K sold at the days low, .27 and
393K at the next low .2720 in over 20 separate transactions
    DEJ doesn't need pumpers.
