New offerings and reserve splits coming.
Marketcap going lower and lower.
OXGN is a SCAM. Screwed shareholders all the time.
More sellers than tomorrow.....take care.
Do you really think this SCAM, while HANOVER is dumping million and million of shares, will regain compliance? Than buy as much as possible.....
NEWL is acting the same way as SAPX and SAPX still is alive.....around 0.001
NEWL is next.
NewLead Holdings Ltd. (NEWL) (the "Company") today announced that on December 23, 2013, the Company received notice from the Listing Qualifications Staff of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC ("NASDAQ") indicating that the Company did not satisfy the $50 million in market value of listed securities requirement for continued listing on The NASDAQ Global Select Market (the "Market Cap Requirement"), as set forth in Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(A), for the prior 30 consecutive business days.
Sell when you know million of shares are going to be dumped by Hanover the next days, weeks and months..
Going to 0.05, same scam and POS as SAPX.
What a POS this stock is.....nothing heard from management after FDA approval.....what to think about the future...management don't give faith to it's shareholders by acting this way.....
Buying opportunity under $2
get the hell out of this POS as soon as possible......millions of shares are going to be dumped by Hanover the next weeks.
No bottom...the bottom is in when all the shares are sold to convert debt.
Problem is there's 40 million debt...do you know haw many shares are going to be dumped by Hanover (which they get for free from NEWL)?
take a look at SAPX...than you know what's going to happen.
Hey, don't lie..........40 million debt.....reserve splits....delisting coming.....million of shares to be dumped by Hanover the next weeks
Just like SAPX
Two years ago a NEWL share was worth $2000,- ...today it's worth $4.30
Still 40 million debt....incredible.
WHAT A SCAM
NEWL=the new SAPX
I warned you not to buy this scam.
NEWL is offering million and million of shares to Hanover to convert debt.
Problem is thee's still a debt of 40 million.....which means many more stock offerings and reserve splits to come....
Other problem is they can't stay listed at the Nasdaq.
And another problem is NEWL isn't transparant at all.....
$20.000,- investment in 2012 is worth $45 today. And 'ts getting worse because billions of new shares are going to get dumped.
