The only thing we really want to hear is massive insider buying / not seeing any insider buying is the ultimate negative sign. Plain English, it shows NO confidence in the future

I agree no buy back. But for sure now is the time for top management to buy plenty of shares. Talk is cheap, the only thing that really counts is when they put up their own real money. If they think they can do the job shows us their confidence in the companies future with some real big purchases.

I hope this is answered on the cc. SDC if used as a surface cleaner for food service must get into the food that is prepared on the cleaned surface, then it becomes part of the food that is consumed. At the same time SDC is not approved to be used directly in food. I cannot understand this. Is SDC toxic and not for consumption or not.

In this release it says FDA approves use of Pure disinfectant as it is the most effective . Since they approve the plant for use, to me they also say the product is safe for food production and human use. Please explain how at the same time the FDA turned the product down . I know I am missing something , please explain.

The Moema planning (or lack of) is very puzzling a huge construction project with a billion dollar company Bunge being a partner I just cannot understand how power became a problem . One would think this is the first thing to be worked out in the planning stage . Power is the basis for every manufacturing plant why any major experienced company like Bunge together with the project architects and engineers failed is unacceptable.

Eni’s chemical company Versalis formed a partnership with Solazyme, Inc. to expand the commercial use of Encapso, a commercially-available, biodegradable encapsulated lubricant for drilling fluids.

Versalis will expand market access and drive global sales for Encapso as a high-performance and sustainable drilling fluid additive. Versalis’ initial emphasis focus for the use of Encapso will be oil and gas fields operated by its parent company Eni. Encapso will be featured as part of the company’s recently launched product portfolio of specialty oilfield chemicals product portfolio.

“This partnership represents another important step to enhance our portfolio in the of oilfield chemicals, which is a strategic business and a diversification opportunity for our company,” says Daniele Ferrari, Versalis CEO. “Encapso, with its renewable footprint and biodegradability biodegradable properties, offers a high-performance and sustainable solution for the oil and gas industry. The know-how and the innovation potential of Solazyme makes it an ideal partner for Versalis to further develop its bio-based chemicals business.”

I agree on the long term potential , at the same time I am concerned on how they and Bunge based the plant on onsite produced energy and now have to go to the grid. Energy cost is so important (that mistakes cannot be made) I do not understand how this happened. Now I am wondering if the cost of energy will effect this plant being cost effective. Another problem is unless I missed it I have never read that the 2000$ Mt for oil has gone down to about $ 900 ( this is my fault because I have not kept up with the daily change in Palm Oil price). This cc call had news that should have been pre annouced since it is basic to the project. I have not really been hurt by the price drop because I realized this company is trying to become a major disruptor and thus I only made a small investment.

I have a very long term outlook on this science so whatever happens is not really that important. On the other hand from what I have been reading about the benefits and increased efficiency of using Encapso .I am thinking that management should have a very encouraging story on it's ability to increase revenue in a relatively short time.

What is the total amount of R22 equipment in use today and how many years of continued demand is expected ???
I s it true that the replacement gas is less efficient than R22 and really will not be a factor ????

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Everything I read about Encapso sounds great, but adoption by industry takes along time I expect oil engineers are all watching but not many will be willing to change until Encapso is proven in actual use in the field. This needs plenty of patience.

Ingredients for food is the oldest business since the beginning of time. Fundamentally rebuilding it has huge potential but takes time. Taking a big position and expect to hit a home run is just plan old gambling. Buy some and more when sales really increase.
