nobody is going give arwr 13 billion

Of course if they announced a FC A partner would appear promptly or a secondary would happen,We still have the CT document filed with the SEC from months ago that has not been revealed. If a FC was announced then maybe someone will give them 10 billion ( like pharmasset) Everything is speculation until an event causes a change! The real reality is that if you are not in the stock you will miss the huge move when and if it happens, because they would not announce a results until after or prior to the market.. There still is a CT order filed with the SEC that has not been made public and i assume this order is with GILD that states when certain thing happen with results we get first rites of refusal.
An exciting time for arwr shareholders, the wait is not far in future because arwr needs money and i doubt that an FC will be announced within a few months-So the get 1 billion from a new partner to start out with and then we enter a new chapter. Pharmasset's do not happen everyday, but it can and the only way to take advantage is having a position prior

  • Nothing has been approved! I could see gild giving them $1 billion for % of the action and further development of their RNAi delivery system and a right to invest more later. This would take us too $20-$25.00 This 13 billion is a number after a joint i assume.
There is litlte doubt that something must happen during summer of 2016 because of cash burn and there is NO way that they will do a dilute with a secondary IPO. Never in a million years.
GILD,Rouche, Novaris or J&J and maybe PFE or Merck

i read today that there is about 150 million shares outstanding - that includes the 35 million just issued
that alone has stalled the climb! So we have a 550 million market cap and still around 80 million in debt
that is around 630 million. I just do not see this huge buy out offer way above the current level . Is someone going to pay 1.2 billion? I surely don't see how a brokerage firm pounds the table and says it is worth 16$- that would equal almost a $3 billion valuation. I must be smoking the wrong material

over the many years of being a financial writer i have found regardless of good news or bad new management of all shapes and size has very poor capacity to take in account the needs of investors.
Most know the business but when it comes to investor relations they are like the regular joe!
Many companies will only "crow" when things are perfect and that rarely happens. Not sure how Hemacare really swallows being a public company, but thinks that they are not public because they
are not regulated with the SEC. I really believe that they will not promote their stock until they re-file with the SEC- later in the year or early 17. That does not mean that the stock will not continue to appreciate. We have all seen appreciation in the share regardless of the filing or lack of!
As mentioned in my discussion - i believe the largest potential is some sort of venture with a large player or an expansion into a symbiotic relationship . The other impressive tidbit is the fact that they are taking business from a major Competitor.

watch yourself with these worthless claims

  • for such tiny revenue estimates during the next few year they sure gave it a high valuation. with 70 million shares outstanding and a value of .80 target it seemed kind of rich for a tiny non-profitable company.
The biggest error i could find is that when written it was .16 and a target of .80 , but in one place they called it
a 300% potential and then somewhere else they called it a 400% potential. Reality it is a 300%
It says non paid for the write up , but that does not mean they get a consulting fee. No charge for the write up but they are being paid one way or another

  • hard to believe the herd is dumping this possible huge winner. Of course the issue of 33 million shares may have much too do with it! With the potential of further upgrades, joint venture , buyout- hard to understand the severe selling. This should have been at least a move over 4 dollars, but the herd thinks otherwise.
Regardless, for a flip it is not worth it because higher highs are and will develop soon..

no look they have been growing by 100% past 3 years.
they increased their logistical reach which is the life blood of this company. You must be able to deliver anywhere super fast. This is a huge factor! Recently, announced new products stem cells and relate product- This should indicate a burst in orders on top of their original organic growth.
Are they going to grow by 100% unknown, but their could also be a joint venture or exclusive contracts with big pharma or biotech players-- do the math

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Had a 30 minute and very informative conversation that lead me to believe that hemacare is well position in their niche to supply big pharma and biotech companies with the needed blood components and stem cell and related product. There donor list is highly prized and with their new and expanding product catalog offers continued growth potential short and long term. Their main competitor Allcells located in San Fran- Management believes that they better equipped and they have noticed that customer's are moving over to Hemacare because of better customer service, better and more pure products and superior delivery.
The company does have plans to become fully reporting again, but i believe that will not happen until the end of 2016.
The growth has been excellent! During the past 3 years the company has shown 100% growth. They sold their
blood bank business to the Red Cross and then kept their star employees and they were off too the races
If you are looking for growth short, medium and long term Hemacare has the potential for attractive gains if patience is part of your investment strategy.
The company has other thing cooking that at this time are not finalized and if finalized could growth the company even quicker than has been exhibited during the past 3 years.
Profits can be reached as revenue spikes, but with the cost of doing business and the ability to keep their prized employees a certain level of revenue must be reached.
Bottom line I think Hemacare will reward handsomely, but you must be patient and corporate surprised can happen at any time. They continue to go to conference and this will continue to expose potential investor's and additional big pharma and biotech's to flock to buying their productions.
Lastly a few months ago they mention logistic venture was put in place-so everything is in place and the puzzle is looking better and better it is just a matter of time.

you never know! i also played @ .10+ and sold @.17--volume is dropping so you might get the chance. Actually surprised that i has tumbled from .20 so fast. lAnother slaughter for the average idiot like myself
at times. playing gdsi ( scam or no scam) you never know until it is.

  • This is the largest cancer conference of the year and their are potentially 16,000 visitors that will be attending.
This has the potential to really shed some serious light upon Hemacare and their much needed product line.
I know that at their booth material will be in place that indicates that they are a public company. I am still intending to have conversation on Monday with Peter from the company. I believe that hema is going to be a huge winner with just a little patience. Can they grow by 100% for 2016-- Well with their stem cell division ramping up and their logistical contractual agreements in place i believe that HEMA is going places .

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • ARWR has a potential of reaching 16,000 people that are attending this conference.
An interesting thing is the they may use blood components or even stem cells in their
research and trials in addition to many other big pharma and biotech firm that are in attendance.
Hemacare hema .70 provides this material and they have a booth there as well. This company has
been growing by 100%/yr/past 3 years. check out their website

chris is a women! I email her 10 questions that she has promised to forward to peter. He said that
will reply -- i assume after this huge conference over this coming weekend that attract researchers, big pharma, biotechs. Last time they did this a few months ago it brought a sizable amount of buying from new investors large and small that realize that hema is in great demand. Just look at the growth.
I understand that we need profits and this one of the many questions that i have presented to him for him to respond.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • estimated 2016 guince.
    G&A curbs
    fully reporting future status
Off the record after 3 years of 100% growth/year i would assume a little excitement after 2016- such as stem cell component sales and client list
    client list for blood components
Regardless, an excellent display of growth in a exciting niche market that has big pharma and biotech dependent upon.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • from 2 to 4 to $10 million in 3 years. Excellent stuff and one of these days the herd will chase this diamond.
I believe that everything is in place for a $20 million rev stream during 2016
I believe it is very possible that some institution will appreciate the shares and help the raise some cash to grow even faster. With new products - including stem cell components and super fast deliver- this company is going places. The writing is on the wall -you just have to scrape the old paint off. Great report and a super buy for real investors that have a little time for huge returns.

you are all wrong! I assume you will sell at the open and people like you will achieve nothing but a temporary gap down to say .005 and the buyer will appear and it most likely will close higher than friday's close. You have not spent time or thought about the reality of this deal. The brake up fee is huge. This deal is far from dead. Let the games begin

yeah - canarsie 11 has very little personality--bottom-line hema is going higher it is only a matter of time. i truly believe some brokerage firm will run the stock and raise them money for growth and listing on nasdaq . i know management has interest in get back on the exchange.
This is a sleeper that will wake . You must own when it is like a volcano before it explodes.
This car 11 guy is dull

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • You don't move into a new building, change name, cancel 2 preferred classes unfunded, There is still this CT order filed with the sec( deal not public except for the issue venture partner. Do not forget GILD helped arwr with the Monarch testing format. You would have to be blind to not see what is happening

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • It is how going viral happens- eyeballs create more eyeball and the trading getting stronger. This stem cell division is the ticket to robust growth short and long term... It is only a matter of time before institutional players bid th is up to much higher levels and then raise money and we go nasdaq and the brokerage firms hop on board and we have a $5-$10 stock that is acquiring competitors and or additional divisions.
