It shows how all the experts will agree with each other and they can all be wrong. They have been calling for a sell-off since May. So they are all losing money. Now they are all bitter jerks.

Says so in link "Popular downgraded at Morgan Stanley." Three days ago they said they thought they were in a good position to repay TARP, and that they liked it.
BPOPN is 20.54, a 6.7%yield. They just declared the monthly dividend again. Who knows what?
