"I think this is all insiders -- there is not stock available to short - even if you're covering someone is selling -- who is selling is the question and why is probably more important... this stock should be nutured... because its a dog!!!"
So there you have it. The insiders are working hard to reduce the value of their own company and bank account, that makes a lot of sense.
"there is not shorts - this whole board is obsessed with shorts"
So 18 mill shares shorted does not exist anymore. It's the little retail guy unloading shares 100 at a time at 1.9387 $ per trade and paying 5-10 $ commission on each trade.
You really have some interesting theories.
Do not reply because you are not supposed to answer any posts that challenges your own posts.
Why between Russia and Germany the second world war finished 70 years ago. So that has already been signed. Could you even point them out on a map. Have you heard about the EU or has that little community bypassed your radar? And what agreement are you referring to. The one where Putin(he's the Russian dude in case you are not familiar with the name) says he's sorry but he was really angry when he shot down the plane by mistake?
Heads up, I don't think we'll get any numbers this Friday because at least where I got them from it was indicated that the person posting them before was not going to be able to post this week. So unless someone has a friend with access to Bloomberg terminal or something(if you do ask for last week number to please) like that we just have to wait another week. Maybe some hint during CC. Anyhow nice to see a little green on an otherwise red day.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
also from 10K.
Additionally, in the first quarter of 2014 cash of $2,084,112 was used to reduce accounts payable and accrued expenses.
2 million cost that will not occur in Q2.
Look out shorts.
From 10K Q1.
Liquidity and Capital Resources
At March 31, 2014, our cash and investments totaled $63,064,813, which consisted of cash and cash equivalents of $39,057,450, short-term investments of $21,002,297, and long-term investments of $3,005,066. All investments are U.S. Treasury bills or U.S. Treasury notes which we intend to hold to maturity. We believe that the combination of our current cash and investments balances and projected product sales, product development, license revenues, milestone payments and royalties will provide us with sufficient funds to support operations. We do not currently have any bank credit lines.
So that's 10 Quarters at a 6 million dollar per quarter loss until the money runs out. and our losses will be at an end a the end of this year so you have to ask why are we at 2 dollar?
If they don't settle ATRS can keep them in court for a long time. If that's the case and they launch at risk thing could get very bad for Medac if they loose.
tdpeterson posted this on IHUB about copay, hope he does not mind me pinching it and posting here. He has some very good points.
"As you noted, an interesting change recently happened regarding the co-pay strategy for Otrexup (for the better, in my estimation, and the result of making program adjustments “on the fly” based on market observations…as good sales program managers do. I’ve attached the copy from Antares web-site below in brackets ((( ))). Otrexup, for insured patients, is now available at “zero” co-pay:
((( Take advantage of our savings program!
The Step Up, Start Up Co-pay Assistance Program may provide financial support to commercially insured patients to assist with out-of-pocket costs of Otrexup. Eligible patients* may pay as low as a $0 co-pay for each prescription filled. This card is valid for up to 13 fills.
After your final refill, you must sign up for a new card to continue to receive Otrexup co-pay support.
*Eligibility Restrictions: Offer only valid for patients with commercial prescription insurance. Maximum benefit of up to $125 for each prescription filled. Offer not valid for prescriptions reimbursed under any federal or state healthcare program, including Medicare, Medicaid, or any state medical assistance programs. Offer void where prohibited by law, taxed, or restricted. Offer only valid in the USA. Antares Pharma, Inc. reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this offer at any time without notice. By using this co-pay assistance card, you demonstrate that you understand and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this offer as put forth on this co-pay assistance card. )))
What Antares is now offering is essentially the same sort of co-pay program as Pfizer offers with Enbrel. Enbrel offers “zero” co-pay for the first 6 months of use, then $10 or less for the duration a patient is on that drug.
This will not affect anything with existing users or the ones that were on the way in. What it will do is add a large number of new potential customers that would not have been able to use Otrexup due to cost, so it's all going to be extra revenue and profit from a market that did not exist before the change.
And as a side...put Medac even further behind in the game.
