Not here but...I'm starting to look for a short point. it's just not ready to be shorted yet, we'll see.
There was a huge hit to the price.
Maybe that's what it'll take to get it going again.
I'd like to buy it at the bottom, but it's hard to buy this thing when supposedly if it goes a little bit lower there's a freefall.
for anybody that cares...things have changed.
I'm not bearish on UPL anymore. I'm not buying UPL in particular, because there are so many things to buy, but UPL is a candidate to go higher, not lower.
The reason is inflation is coming. Janet Yellen is going to force inflation, to cure the economy.
With a devalued dollar, everything's going higher. Natural gas would normally be overvalued here, but it hasn't, because commodities are going higher, due to the dollar getting slammed.
When i said UPL was going down, it did. That was pre-Yellen. She's gonna screw the dollar to get employment and the economy up, but once inflation starts, it's going to be hard for her to get it slowed down.
Good luck, whatever you do.
it's accept and what are u talking about...."leveling playing field" what's that
I also have the guts to tell you the price at when i buy sell. i put it on the line. i don't hide.
what about you, going to tell us the price you're in/out? didn't think so. but u can hide and rate like siskel and ebert-got nothing to lose/gain, u're always perfect when u say "this sucks/good"
If I had to guess, not for at least another year. They're heavily hedged in the Spring and Fall of 2014, and they just bought Uinta. They're obviously feeling a need to protect and be conservative, and starting a dividend is neither option.
I can't tell you after a year because decisions haven't been made.
I would love another couple months of nat gas increasing.
The problem is the polar vortex sticking around, making for low inventory. If there's not enough from injection season for the Fall/Winter 2015, there's a panic. Once inventory gets too low, it becomes very difficult to get the nat gas out, due to lack of pressure.
The panic is the polar vortex is not going anywhere. It could still be cold by April 1.
RSI is rising. Meaning the rally is getting stronger and isn't done yet.
Next time check the technicals before you talk about them
exactly....i'm a trader...and as u said exports are the big thing that will make upl rocket up. there's plenty of supply to go around for a long time.
we shall see soon enough as u said how far it drops....if the weather holds up
good luck all
yeah that's it my man dirty sanchez, chico and I are multi id, you see he's a trader and I'm long term but we're both the same people lol!!!!
honestly, there's too many people here that don't want to listen. upl is the best, managment know what they're doing, accumulate and hold. anything otherwise gets looked at like you're a complete moron.
well over 5k and that's not my entire 401k.
and i'm still watching this (thus posting). thousands won/lost per day, heck it matters to me....so deeply sorry. in the end i made $ off of this, as i said still interested in buying/shorting...
right.....they are too conservative, and I thought about that also-why are they too conservative? Because they must be scared of default. You can get all the power-point presentations that you want-but I'm reading the actions, not the power point slides. Been around a long time, I don't get fazed.
It's a stock with great potential, but they're signaling there's no chance for a dividend until next year. And people want to neg rate me-so be it-I'll sell then. Have your rating system, I'll take my $ and pick when and at what price to be in UPL.
I took it all the way down to the 18s and now I got a lucky break w/the winter and I'm taking it. Because of the institutions buying this stock, it takes a while for them to correct, thus the selling early.
What I do also has to do with the Fed-the chance of a taper (albeit small) means I'm getting out of this market, for the short term.
There's a good chance UPL goes up too. But I'm not in the business of guessing and hoping, I'm in the business of making $.
I don't need a mutual fund-they just take the fees from me, I do better off this way. Why pay someone else to invest your $.
ok so it'll be at $59 early next year....has what, 3 or 4 months to triple in price, that's all?
alrite stay long. amazingly most of ur fellow longs neg rate ur posts....i'll trade, neg ratings are a contrarian sign
