Slow death for zix
Why didn't Richard pick up on this? Oh yeah, he never posts anything negative about zixi, yet he denies he's a pumper. LOL LOL LOL
To put things into perspective, "nationally the average business sells for around 0.6 times its annual revenue."
In zixi's case the revs are $52M so the company should sell for around $30M, or 50 cents a share. Sound about right.
At the last earnings call one of the analyst suggested that zix be sold.
A fair selling price for a stock like zix would be at most 3 times revenues. That's $2.89/share.
Maybe that's too generous. What do you think?
No tech company last very long if it doesn't invest in R&D.
Remember - zixi is dropping even witha multimillion $ buybackin place.
Glad you confirmed this. Good work!
But what does this say about the future of zix?
Zixi is tanking? Insiders must smell a rat.
