and 8x8 and a secret ingredient? larry e..........your guess?might include azure, but also something else?
"GE and Oracle, two industry powerhouses, share a vision for growing the digital industrial ecosystem and providing customers with the easiest path to transformation," said Thomas Kurian, Oracle's president of product development, of the freshly inked collaboration. "GE's Industrial Internet platform sets the standard for the industry and we are committed to developing joint solutions that leverage Oracle's enterprise expertise in analytics and business applications to deliver digitally- enabled business process innovation for industrial companies."
And GE's Oracle partnership expands its total partnerships in its Predix platform to 22 from six last fall, which should further help prevent competitors from replicating GE's proprietary platform, William Blair Analyst Nick Heymann said in a Thursday interview with Real Money. GE's initial partners when the Predix-based platform was rolled out last fall included Cisco (CSCO - Get Report) and Intel (INTC - Get Report) , as well as wireless giants including Verizon (VZ - Get Report) , AT&T (T) , Vodafone (VOD) , as well as Sprint's (S) parent Softbank.
please, baby, please. lol.
Reports last month indicated that Facebook Messenger may be gearing up to allow users to make in-store purchases with the app, per The Information. Commands such as "pay in person" and "pay directly in Messenger when you pick up the item" were seen in the code within the current version of Messenger. This is counter to what Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said during the company’s fourth-quarter earnings call earlier this year when he noted that Facebook would not enter into the payment sector.
Facebook made Messenger a standalone app last year and it quickly grew to 800 million monthly active users. The app already offers peer-to-peer payments and will soon launch ads within the app, according TechCrunch. The ads will be added to Messenger in the second quarter of this year

then in 2011........It's Time to Say Goodbye to Facebook's Static FBML
June 16, 2011 at 9:20am
It's time to convert your Static FBML tabs to iFrames
You may have been redirected to this page from one of our Static FBML articles or tutorials. We've decided to terminate the Static FBML tutorials because FBML is increasingly less reliable, which leads to confusion and frustration, and to help encourage users to move on to iFrames before Facebook pulls the plug and your Static FBML tabs and FBML tags cease working altogether. It was a good run, but it's time to move on...
==================and let the complaints roll in.
A markup language is a system for annotating a document in a way that is syntactically distinguishable from the text. The idea and terminology evolved from the "marking up" of paper manuscripts, i.e., the revision instructions by editors, traditionally written with a blue pencil on authors' manuscripts.
In digital media this "blue pencil instruction text" was replaced by tags, that is, instructions are expressed directly by tags or "instruction text encapsulated by tags." Examples include typesetting instructions such as those found in troff, TeX and LaTeX, or structural markers such as XML tags. Markup instructs the software that displays the text to carry out appropriate actions, but is omitted from the version of the text that users see.
Some markup languages, such as the widely used HTML, have pre-defined presentation semantics—meaning that their specification prescribes how to present the structured data. Others, such as XML, do not.
HyperText Markup Language (HTML), one of the document formats of the World Wide Web, is an instance of SGML (though, strictly, it does not comply with all the rules of SGML), and follows many of the markup conventions used in the publishing industry in the communication of printed work between authors, editors, and printers
interesting....and if they let them license for nominal fee...to use the cloud for anything.......cha ching? wags.
and the zuck wants boss bot for every user.....mike's hands must shake when he leafs thru the vcsy ip? lol.
no one's going to have to sell him on the use of a user xml....interesting that mozilla and their firefox weren't going to use the ppapi like msft and google. maybe they like their former executive/technologis, m s, see xml as the way. hey, isn't fb and xml also xfbml/ and html fbml............all they'd need to do would be to use the vcsy ip is just do it........like maybe they were doing? were/are they using vcsy instead of what they thought they were using? think zuck did what everyone else was doing? including hp/autonomy;msft/sammie/lg?
build websites, showing us the data they've got here and there, on our vhll requests..one thing missireng from the xybr wearable computers....now fb wants a personal bot/genie, with the desire/intent to fulfill our requests in the context and content which would either fulfill our needs/requests/desires or to randomly interest us. something google has offered with their surprise me today search option. supporting humans with disabilities user interface...and likely in a tax deductible way. behind the curtains, ibm and others have been digitalizing library archives of books/museums of their 'art'........this would likely have been marked up for digital storage/mark up/recognition/archival purposes....this would form a virtual digital library of forms/shapes/figures/patterns/sounds/etc which would attempt to duplicate the potential human experience.
what has ibm used to digitalize the library of congress? or the uspto? do you break down a picture in 8x8 grid format?...what about sounds.......likely you don't store compressed sounds as marker of our human history..wags.......
goood luck to us.
and get augmented reality/expert advice/from msft or goog or apple or other.....augmented sensors/augmented limbs/ and with a non central db...you could have a legos type of structure where the top of the structure is variable...like a nasa robotic 'project sphere'..orient/attach/detach/reorient......could even use virtual office to 'live' a quantum life with a space/time/gravity traveling associated entity...able to journey distances via self generating worm holes vessels......wags. ?why have women astronauts with babies? cuz, they don't leave earth or their virtual office? given recent news of tiny space vehicles....how do you get anybody from here to there? the relative difference between a earth human vs a space traveler size is nothing compared to the enormity of space distances. what's the difference ....wags anyway. is the intel helmet a potential prototype for the 8x8 virtual experience? autonomous control over how to get from here to there, but higher control for mission focus......administrative controls.
zte/att/vz /lu/ala.......sprint/sprint north.........now we've got zuck pointing the way to digital world...reiterating the i-merge, top of the rack director role.........the virtual contact center...where virtual work orders are created/presented/and fulfillment noted/answer presented/job duly noted when done.

you're right nosql. ithink
yahooooo business...........wags.....8x8//////android...........more value in the byod?
and vcsy is doing a ploinks beta of android..............a new client for ott.........with new ad model which don't get blocked by the ad blocker ip? users will opt into the ad model of a ploinks/vcsy cuz we're frugal and you never know what might be helpful. and by the time the eu trial of google comes about.......it's already at that point a new world, but one which is ip /patent/copyright protected.........i hope......wag
to news of 'interest'....a need to move to cloud oracle..........oracle your bot........ala fb originator?
powered by ad money....or subscription fees and/or both........including transaction fees? and at this point...partners would need to change , leave, or die like soldiers of a defeated army........google and msft have had a taste via their ad deals..........they must know what needs to be done to update/evolve the yahoo infrastructure and experience. social media with an organized index of the internet based on your profile......wags. and would it surprise any , if the protagonists have been playing in a sandbox....testing their new ways? what are all their employees doing? but to get all their cloud partners/software to work together....servers need to be able to communicate...share needed data...do their synch...........cuz they don't use a central database.........wag........and like the music database selectors....like something and you get added to their minions of viewers.......taste/trend setters paid via the kardashian model..........lol. hey, it could be a nobel scientist as well.
