Wow, thanks for posting that.
Interesting that Google mentions "negotiating in good faith", and "companies that don't actually manufacture anything", because NLST tried to negotiate with them in good faith and manufactures their product, so why then didn;t Google just recognize the fact that NLST owns the tech behind Caffeine - which is reverse engineering of HC and do the right thing?
Google can complain all they want but the fact is, they are infringing on NLST big time, their surrogates IPHI and SMOD as well.

a well deserved settlement in NLST's favor is nigh, in my opinion, it's got to be that at this point
That would make sense,
Sentiment: Strong Buy
You know what, Microsoft was pulling the shame shannanigans as what Google is doing now, but everythig with Google appears to be more condoned, where you have MSFT gettig sued and confronted everywhere, and there is competition, I don't know about Google, seems like they learned from MSFT's failures on total domination and are going to make it happen by hook or #$%$. Our government has handed over it's powers piece by piece to the private sector, who's really the show at this point. If things were fair, NLST would prevail. This is very telling actually, this single case of NLST vs Google.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I see that as well, frightening, there might as well just be one company, Google, just like in that movie 'Idiocracy.'. So, NLST is the innovator, and they are being labeled 'patent troll', wow that's rich, but it is what is occuring, Google is just dominating everything, way to much at this point - you are right - they are practically a government entity.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I think what is also evident is that NLST's technology really is a game changer, you have Google, IPHI, SMOD and others trying their best to infringe upon or just bury NLST so they can have it. NLST has been shot full of bullets as a stock, so the settlement needs to happen soon - I don't understand #$%$ is taking so long, SMOD was refuted, IPHI dismissed, Google was found infringing and delaying intentionally, so what's the hold up.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
not expecting anything great from that and I think it's been factored in to the price already, so how much cash/credit do they have, what's the deal with the settlement, Lopes mentioned it, so I am hoping it's soon, I am banking more on that than anything else, the 32gb quals would of course be great but HP sucks #$%$ at getting it qualified quickly, what's their problem
Sentiment: Strong Buy
um, then why didn't you post when it was happening, when it was moving up, ooh I know - because you didn't know anything
that's what makes you a weenie
