where did you see this? i am not pleased to see this post. if true, it would be a concern that mxwl is misdirecting in the prs. i know it is optional. but i didnt expect it as an option in just two models. so frustrating this company. they can not get it done. it appears they may not succeed as am innovating business. i think my enthusiasm for the technology was misplaced.

nor can you rely on insiders to properly report. you think the sec enforces these rules? lol. they exist to give the appearance of propriety.

Washington D.C., Sept. 10, 2014 — The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced charges against 28 officers, directors, or major shareholders for violating federal securities laws requiring them to promptly report information about their holdings and transactions in company stock. Six publicly-traded companies were charged for contributing to filing failures by insiders or failing to report their insiders’ filing delinquencies.
The charges stem from an SEC enforcement initiative focusing on two types of ownership reports that give investors the opportunity to evaluate whether the holdings and transactions of company insiders could be indicative of the company’s future prospects. Form 4 is a report that corporate officers, directors, and certain beneficial owners of more than 10 percent of a registered class of a company’s stock must use to report their transactions in company stock within two business days. Schedule 13D and 13G are reports that beneficial owners of more than 5 percent of a registered class of a company’s stock must use to report holdings or intentions with respect to the company. SEC enforcement staff used quantitative data sources and ranking algorithms to identify these insiders as repeatedly filing late. Some filings were delayed by weeks, months, or even years.

A total of 33 of the 34 individuals and companies named in the SEC’s orders agreed to settle the charges and pay financial penalties totaling $2.6 million.

    great news or not?

oh sorry. i didnt realize it was even a product. i guess i dont really pay much attention to reed. well, now the pathetic product i hadnt heard of is a private label brand for rite aid it would appear. when you make a beverage exclusive to a drug store chain (really the high end of beverage sales) you essentially make a store brand. sorry, but i just see every announcement as compounding the increasingly clownish decision-making. tv does not work for our brand, so we are sampling at surf competitions. and am i wrong or did the stock drop on this news? it did. why? because nothing here changes. maybe this is worth a penny a share but probably is a loss per share as everything seems to lose money over a long period of time. rite aid. why not do a deal with gas stations. really establish reed as a high end brand with those tie-ins. surf competitions and drug stores. great thinking on all counts. and i bet the drink tastes good. so why make an exclusive as a backwater retailer with an exclusive which means no one cares to market it. they could do samplings at nursing homes.

fungal infection? feel sick, itchy rash? try a delicious sparkler! sonoma sparkler. not from sonoma, btw. like the china cola (another marketing triumph). mmm. i love eating food products made in china.

she is a cfo. she acted like a cfo.
that run of strategy is about played out. hence the monster share dump by big holders. they are not selling because they are so impressed.

  • netprophecy2 by netprophecy2 Apr 7, 2015 4:48 PM Flag

i guess it is good news if you believe like chris that you do anything to cash a check. a private label brand for rite aid exclusively? i guess that walmart will stop carrying it. this is going to be a harvest brand i assume that gets not advertising and sells what it sells. doesnt do anything for the core brands, other maybe gets them distribution maybe. i dont like the effort to do all things for all people. other branded products build brands. jones will put your photo on a bottle. please, please give us business. hence the fall in share price. people are pretty tired of the CR parade of bs, losses and struggle.

you are behaving just like coke and pepsi would project and they dont know what to do. soda is nasty stuff and that is getting figured out now. 10 years from now it will be like cigarettes. people will not drink it. the lone exception will be craft and it will drunk in limited fashion. tea, water, light caloric beverages like sparkling ice are the trend. jen clue is doubling down on sales of soda to children. she thinks it is good business. you know, it just takes 3 or five years to really turn a company around.

fun. be right. once, then tell me that i am wrong. go ahead and pump jones cuz you love jennifer. mmmmmm jennifer, kiss kiss. but, i have been entirely, 100% correct. jones is blowing chunks. seems that artificial flavors and coloring in kid flavored sodas are not a booming business. did you say that? no, no you didnt. frustrating huh fun. pumping away hoping that someone will believe you and buy your under water shares for $1. you probably work for the company. maybe you did the lobby. any real investor in jones now is furious at the persistent culture of failure that is tolerated by this board. notice all the insider buying? lol. right.

growth slowed so dramatically. and international sales essentially stopped, it seemed to me. wow. seems like a big issue overseas. i wonder if the overseas stuff is going to happen. they apparently didnt get any new countries in the q. they seemed not to get any major domestic accounts either. awful results i thought.

i dont think you will see a 4 handle print. no. i think all of the chris reed ego/bs excuse/sorry for another bad q stuff is built in. i think it will gradually rise over the next several warming months back to $7, where nervous investors fearing another round of incompetent excuse-making and sadness will start to hedge their bets. if they appoint a three-legged, feral cat as marketing director, he will do better than whatever is currently serving in that role. i assume that chris popped one of his childhood Ringo figurines up in cubicle and pretends he is in charge of marketing by saying things like "oh, cracker barrel is moving a lot product, mr. mccartney" in a high pitched voice, pretending no one knows he is moving his lips. cracker barrel. omg. sorry, i have to run. the rip tide up at foggy point is calming and some thirsty brahs are hitting the beach. i have to sample.

  • really a ton of progress. i bet they are on the verge of upgrading to a better exchange. by verge i mean 5 years from now. they also missed the boat on the recent cdc anti-bacterial campaign. since they are all about food expertise. as long as you dont need expertise with the fda. any food issues not involving the fda, they are masters at.

i agree that would be great. reed could be a billion dollar stock, but management does not have the capacity to get it there. its about surf competitions. hains is not sampling surf competitions as their primary marketing tool. good job owning hain. thanks for bringing to our attention when you bought it. i am grateful. and sarcastic.

you are probably going to get a going concern notice if there isnt one already. not that it means too much, but it is not a pretty sight here. someday jenny can teach a class on how to bury a national brand. figure what they did wrong and get a credit line and do it more. everyone is excited by the spring tribute flavors. very exciting marketing. very 2015. btw check the chart for celestial. you know those morons who know nothing about beverages for children. so frustrating to watch jones in a death spiral of sugar soda for kids. so frustrating to see not an ounce of innovation or creativity.

FDA Warning letter? 615 is adulterated?

    by netprophecy2 Mar 28, 2015 1:58 AM

    are you joking?

A warning letter from the FDA ( always overnight and signed for delivery) is an informal letter.

um, my aunt sending me a note from barbados is an informal letter. an fda warning letter, is not "an informal letter".
