They had an option on SSH, and now STJ does. Too bad THOR gave up on the moat they had built with their in field organization, but now STJ has it, along with THOR's pipeline. Made good money on THOR but STJ will realize the big dollars.
Good article/info on the status of our little game.
1) "Technomic expects the custom pizza segment to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 30 percent over the next five years."
2) "Last year, the fast-casual pizza market was worth an estimated $1 billion of the $36 billion pizza industry, Tristano said."
3)"While some people might think of the competition as a reason to stay away, it actually attracts us to the opportunity."
4) "I refer to it as the pizza war — you've got six competing users all vying for the same sites and markets," Unatin said, "and I'm sure there will be more in due time."
Can you say "role up". May the best balance sheet win. :-)
Plus, JACK would have the balance sheet to then "role up" all the other Pie 5 like companies/competitors it wanted (in the regions it wanted/needed for national coverage) to corner the this new pizza market/offering.
And, AVAV has approx. $10 in CASH per share on the balance sheet, with no debt. Add in existing gov. contracts, IP, hot market segment (which is only going to get hotter..UAV's) and this has to be one of the best bargains around.
I believe we'll get there. THOR's been a long time coming, and REGN was a "25 year, over night, success story". Patience has made me a lot of money in this space.
GLTA (Longs that is) :-)
Remember, they paid $775 million (in cash) for Kiva, and it had just over one hundred million in revenue.
