They have selective reporting, it's the CRA's agenda. They cannot report facts or their whole facade crumbles. They would also have you believe local businesses are "going under" because of 342 being closed temporarily.... when in fact the ONE business that is about to go under has been faltering for years... not just the 6 weeks the road has been closed.
The ONLY thing that gives them an ounce of credibility is the share price of CMI. This adds to their allusion that something might be wrong... when in fact the price is dictated by the mining sector and the price of gold right now anyways.)
Just so everyone knows, this is NOT a legit press release. The CRA has this made-for-tv press release, well in this case, made for internet press release distributed via their own website and FB page. Also, many times when they write these made-for-tv press releases, they are paying the newspaper or ad agency to publish these releases. This is NOT the AP folks.
Lestarge no need to entertain this clown. If he were a potential investor or someone genuinely asking for help, I would supply links and information. This person is a local and one of two people that I am aware of that comes here to harass and slander the company. If he wants the answer, he can listen to the conference call or read the 10K.
I'll give him credit though..... their/his old arguments we're whether the company would get permitting, could get through the public commenting periods, could mine both counties, etc. Now that he lost those arguments (among others), it's time to move on about profitibilty. Heck, the clown is unknowingly giving credit to the company as his arguments alone show progress for the company.
What he doesn't know is that his "friends" spill the beans a bit after kicking back a few drinks. Loose lips sink ships. How's that for pie in the sky?
wait did I get you two mixed up? ole MrQl2001 is Robbie boy I think. Sorry there Theo - same message applies for you.
Robbie boy you just can't stand the fact CMI has shut you down. Your sham of an organization is now the laughing stock of the town. Your "lawsuits" have been laughable at best or a "pie in the sky" dream. How about growing up now?
Oh and before I forget...coming to this board and trying to harass people about whether they were right/wrong. Do I really need to go and quote all the BS you said over the last few years?!?
Earth is being moved, gold is being mined. Get over it.
Btw how's that daughter of yours?
You are far from a market guruu. Actually now that I think about it, I could make a decent buck off investing in the exact opposite of what you say. Gold has gone up $50/ounce since this post.
You sound like a foolish CRA member. See you at the next meeting. Go LODE!~
"As for Van Der Berg, my explanation is deadline. LODE had to get the funding before the end of the quarter."
Go back to your playpen with Joe:
"I think that LODE needed to raise funds and instead of going the public offering route, arranged direct sale of large blocks of stocks with Van Der Berg through a MM. Remember the LODE still has several billion authorized shares available to them. As for institutions dumping, on June 30th there were only four (including Van Der Berg) with over 2M shares, I doubt they that an institution would try to sell 2M shares in a single block."
saildone, I would have to agree with you. As a matter of fact, NDEP has recently said Comstock is meeting the standards of air and soil sampling - contrary to what CRA would have you believe. (Or the thugs on this message board). You can read the article off of our local news site - Reno Gazette Journal - published 9/6/2014.
"NDEP supervisor Jeff Collins said the air quality sampling Comstock Mining is conducting is not at the direction of NDEP, but NDEP does have strict soil sampling requirements that the mining company has complied with so far."
Really? So tell me how I know Jerry17ev is toothless_pig_face? I'm on to you toothless. You can run, but you cannot hide.
Bobbyjsc or I must have you nervous and on the run huh? Re-reading all my posts from 3 years back? I see you broke out about 30 IDs over the weekend all the sudden. Can you show any more desperation? Funny thing is what you call a "pumper" wouldn't say in one my posts (I've said it in multiple that I believe $800/ounce is a hard figure to get under). You are desperate and you have your day coming. I only took you and all your scam aliases off ignore to see what bobbyjsc was referring to and your scam response to him.
You have nothing credible to say and are going back to the ignore list with the rest of your aliases. Don't worry though, I have my reference # from my submission yesterday. I will check back weekly with the SEC to see where my complaint leads me. Keep bashing away. Only adds to the mounting evidence against you.
And sure I want other people to write complaints in as well... the more the merrier..... and I promise you this... I will write into the SEC a thousand times if I have to... until I get an answer or a shut up and go away response. After that, I'll try bobbysc route of contacting yahoo.
As Imax once put it... "You are the scam" See you in court.
Just to follow-up with anyone else who might be interested in submitting a tip/complaint. YOU CAN DO THIS as anonymous as you want. NO info required unless you want them to contact you for additional information.
There is also a question about where the misconduct occur(s). Interestingly enough, there is a choice for Social Media/Forums/Etc - the obvious choice. I made sure to describe in detail the numerous IDS, the thousands and thousands of daily/monthly/yearly posts of doom and gloom to scare investors. Listen, I'm not promising any results, but at the end of the day I'm comfortable knowing I made every effort to try and stop these thugs. I believe there is more to this story than 1 or 2 people shorting this stock.... NO WAY. Your day of reckoning is coming toothless_boo_coo. Sleep well at night my friend!
bobbyjsc is writing YAHOO concerning these message board thugs. I say take your action to the next level and file an investor complaint with the SEC. Once on their page go to contact - file investor complaint.
It's funny..just headlines on their page today:
According to the SEC’s complaint, Zirk de Maison exchanged e-mails and text messages with many of his co-conspirators as they openly discussed coordinating their promotional activities and manipulative trading in Gepco’s stock in order to create a false impression of market activity. They stood to earn exponentially more illicit profits given that they continue to beneficially own tens of millions of shares of Gepco stock, so the SEC today suspended trading in Gepco securities in order to prevent any further manipulation or dumping of the stock.
Sound familiar thugs? Is this something you could be up to? I submitted my complaint today.
I hope this guy is serious starts looking for answers from loonies like you.... you do know you can sue anybody nowadays for anything right? Heck just look at the CRA and their ambulance chasing attorney.... but bobbyjsc makes a good point. Why are you so concerned? Unless I misread or missed another post, I don't see him blaming others for anything LODE is doing.... I'm reading it as he/she puts it "thugs" on this board..... which I would have to agree with. My guess is it's mostly CRA loonies but who knows.
Living in the area I can tell you at least 2 of the CRA loonies use this board for the purposes mentioned in your post..... I can give you two names, 1 of which I know posts here, and other is rumor I have no real confirmation. Let me know if I can be of service...
Your comments tend to give me a headache and show your true ambitions just like your fellow CRA cronies, but I will dutifully respond as I think you and your organization is one big fraud... not out to better the community, but out to cause chaos. The similarities between your organization and that "church" that protests anything to get attention has remarkable similarities.
Now that my rant is over... "
"1 Investing based on what institutions do or fund owners like Warren Buffet do is a foolish strategy." - Right on, listen to some Joe Schmo on YAHOO board who claims they have no investment or interest in LODE but visits daily ... orrrrr follow fund owners like Buffet. Gee, what a dilemma. Who to follow or take advice from?
"2: We can not assign motivations to fund owners. We can not know how much the owner values the company or what he expects to happen for the company. We will never know their true motivations." - Okay? So a fund manager is throwing $40+million at a company and we don't know "their true motivations". Let me tell you champ, their motivation isn't to lose money.
"3: Large funds funds also make mistakes. Past financial crises have shown this." - I won't give you a full history lesson.... you should do that yourself. It's silly to say anyone is 100% accurate. Get over yourself.
"4: Finally my own personal belief. If you are mandated to invest $1B, at the end of the day, when you are down to the last $20M or so, you reach the point where you're so tired you pick any company just so you can go home." - Only losers think that way and that's probably why you visit these YAHOO boards as often as you do.
See you at the SUP meeting. You and your 5 or so clowns.

Like I stated in my other post, you've been around here for 3+ years on this here board. You are somehow vested.
A few comments for you. There is a such thing as an ignore button, I suggest using it. I just saw there was threads and threads of a spoof name this morning for Frederickson. I hit one button and poof... all the garbage is gone. Now let's cut to the chase. IF you are using these boards as investment advice, you are a total fool. Hey I know of a bridge in brooklyn, want to buy it? Seriously!?! I use these boards just to get any information I might have missed or don't feel like taking the time to look up. I'm a miner, not a trader. For instance some people take the time to post about more instituations just invested. I don't follow it as closely, but when I see a post on here, I'll take 5 minutes to confirm it on Nasdaq.
As for being a non-player, you obviously don't live in Nevada. Maybe take the time to visit since you are somehow vested in this company, but want people to believe the opposite. Otherwise, nobody in their right mind visits a random stock board for years and years.
As for losing money. Sure they still are at the moment. If gold was where it was last year, CMI is profitable at this time. If they really can get to under 750$/ounce, I still believe 900$ is the true mark....even better for them. Rome wasn't built in a day.
Now, about that bridge. Want to buy it off me?
