GG and Billyslimeball should control their slugs. Send them to another little board, because they got this one wrong. The reference GG should tell them to use is not the broken IPO from 4/2012 but from 5/2013 when I said buy at $1.60. That was not pumping, that was giving everyone a profit every day since 5/2013 and hopefully many who listened sold lots above $3.50 and are buying back all they can under $2.

  • new2xicor new2xicor Sep 17, 2014 12:20 PM Flag

Can't say I am glad you following my every post but I told all to buy at $1.60 in 5/2013. I never posted buy before that. The stock more than doubled and I made over six figures in trades and now have a significant position higher than my old $1.60 basis. In fact I am on the bid at $1.95 and they will not fill me.
New investors should care less where stock went public or how it got to under $2. Investors should consider where the share price will go from here. You want to talk and talk about the decline from $9; OK but it sure leaves new investors a great entry point here.Find my posts where you laugh and show all of us. I am very confident in my current assessment of ENVI and how under valued the share price is.
You will look like a big idiot in six months, yes a bigger idiot as you are viewed no, wasting your life posting on some message board with no investments in any stocks. What a sad existence. I am pumped up with two positions, I own got lots of cash and will make huge returns into 2015.
Investors should just ignore your baseless rants, my boy. You are such a chump with little knowledge about investing. Just a little b**ch.

    ENVIVO PARTNERS

The balance sheet with cash and net equity is worth $38 million, add back $7 million of deferred revenue add back a fully reserved net operating loss of over $115 million equating to a value to ENVI of $35 million but to a buyer about $15 million and ENVI has a war chest value of $60 million and rounding up shares to 30 million of $2.00 per share. Now let's value this CLOUD BASED BUSINESS IN DELIVERY TV OTT. What $50-75 million and I can value much higher if we stockholders did not just shop company. But at $2 balance sheet and another $2 value in the products/business by a larger company who eliminates a high percentage of operating costs that is $4. I believe we will see stock trade higher than that in 2015.

Go to press release and see "partners" highlighted and click. Watch Video form the likes of Microsoft, Adobe, Dolby, an 1mainstream.
The morons that say French scam are the scammers. Own ENVI. If it isn't sold for a great return to owners, revenues and cash positive will drive stock price in 2015. This is a better buy at $2 today than when I said buy in 5/2013 at $1.60.

Things are looking up at ENVI.

Recent lawsuit is gone. Old lawsuits from IPO have no traction and soon they will be gone too
    Bad quarter is behind us
Revenues are back on an uptrend
Mexico deal shows ENVI can and will take business from competition
Halo just starting to get traction
Apple puts 4lk on new iphone6. 4k TV sales starting to ramp
ENVI has great partners who believe in their products
ENVI products are earning many best product awards
And the chart is telling you all of this by putting in a bottom formation

2015 is going to be a really, really, really good year for ENVI shareholders!

There is only around 3.5 million shares of the stock in retail hands. Several of those retail hands hold significant (institutional like) positions. I am one and I know a few other people who own bigger positions than I. I didn't build my position to let it go for a few pennies of short term gain. What am I saying? - there will NOT be significant shares available to new buyers until the stock has a significant move up.

The Company has cash and NOL's which would benefit a potential buyer of around $2.00 per share. So, the Company's business is currently being valued by the market at ZERO. That won't last much longer.

    Watch and Learn. L

I always sell and I always buy in my trading accounts. I hold core positions which are all under $2.00 basis that were never sold into any run. I control more shares than most institutional investors. I have been buying shares since lawsuit update.
Valuation over a one year timeframe is a layup to an easy 50% return; I am confident of a 100% return.
ROFFLMAO? At my 30% plus gains over the last four years?

    You lie.
You are not a sophisticated investor. You are a fraud.
    You win?
You have no investment capital at risk. This is not a game where one side lies with only the hope the other side who believe in their investment with risk of capital are berated by you.
One thing you could not win; a fist fight with me loser.

  • new2xicor new2xicor Sep 12, 2014 1:31 PM Flag

You are a fraud. That is a person who intentionally misrepresents for his or her own benefit. That could be for your monetary gains or to hurt others for some reason.
ENVI has $42 million cash and no debt, you know that and still post the misinformation.
It has liabilities but also has assets which exceed liabilities by $38 million, excluding over $15 million tax asset and a noncash liability of almost $10 million is a noncash accounting entry to make revenues conservatively stated.
I will state with certainty the company will be cash for positive in a QTR on or before 10/31/15 and likely profitable(non GAAP) by that same date.
When as you stae 15 years of losses turn to cash break even company value ratchets up and when profitable ratchets up again. From a ZERO ENTERPRISE VALUE at $ the upside is great. But next driver of value is last two ambulance chasing law firms get their cases dismissed relating to IPO S-1 fraud contention.
For that to be proven it would have to say GS, its attorneys, the auditors, and the directors and the executives ALL colluded to defraud investors.
YOU ARE DOING MORE THAN THAT TO CURRENT INESTORS BY LYING ABOUT FACTS. YOU MAY WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS LAW AND WILL EXPLAIN FREEDOM OF SPEACH DOES NOT ALLOW SLANDER OR ATTENTIONALL MISTATEMENTS THAT CAN HARM OTHERS.
tHAT IS WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DO, or explain why you post calling company executives and its directors frauds and perpetrating a scam.
Someone who is wrong in its assessments by posting over and over shows bad intentions and why?
Did you ever own shares of ENVI and lose money? No.
So your rants are intentional against someone while you hurt many financially.

  • new2xicor new2xicor Sep 11, 2014 3:34 PM Flag

If they did $12.5 in Q4 and $13.5-14.5 in Q1 and $14.5-15 mil in Q2 and $16 million in Q3(10/31) stock would be over $6 as I type. Executives stated on three occasions the short term goal of breakeven anf gave $15.5 as midpoint.
    Again are you short?
How will you make money on all your time spent here?
Now with lawsuits you thought would kill the company are gone and or going away what is your fear now?
Are you saying HLIT or others would not give $50 million for the balance sheet and $40 million for the business firing most and all operating cost having a nice gross profit? Q2 gross profit was over $6 million or $25 million per year. Well that is $3 per share and they would get the new Halo advertising software for free since revenues to date have been immaterial.
Keep posting because we will watch your rants get crazier as the stock price continues to climb.
When I said buy at $1.60 in 5/2013 it did go to over $4 and I like this $2.00 stock better today and the company's and markets served progress since 2013 in major ways.
I will once again be selling lots of shares above $4.

  • new2xicor new2xicor Sep 11, 2014 1:15 PM Flag

Let's you and I never post until: me -stock above $3; you- stock below $1.80. DEAL?

  • new2xicor new2xicor Sep 11, 2014 1:14 PM Flag

HLIT is not the leader in the delivery of multiscreen/ott video. It has a long legacy in rack mounted broadcast delivery of content and bought an ENVI look alike for $270 million three years ago and has had to invest multi millions to salvage something they bought and didn't understand. If they are the "leader" why did we just win a $3.5 software upgrade of one of their legacy hardware installs over their new software?
Why did China choose ENVI and 300 other customers?
You show what a hack you are by your responses and posts.
GED's should never be an alternative for high school dropouts.

  • new2xicor new2xicor Sep 11, 2014 11:51 AM Flag

Can you explain why stock is up and how stupid sellers were at $1.80 in pure desperation?
Those $2.20 offers will be taken out next week.

  • new2xicor new2xicor Sep 11, 2014 11:48 AM Flag

Legal costs are covered by insurance and will be paid and company has yet to book a receivable since if the case was not dismissed insurance, ENVI and Goldman would all share a settlement.
I did say $15 million and that I was wrong but it was CEO who said it would happen on 12/4/2013 CC.
I do think we will see Halo introduction drive top line. Two teir 1 companies in USA have signed deals and in Q2 revenues were less than $2 million for both. revenue recognition is an issue when new software is first introduced.
Ira saw the writing on the wall and knew ENVI if sold he would not survive. Also CEO can handle his function, for sure. Ira was an old hardware guy. We will see where he went next week.
I read Q's and you haven't read yesterday's filing or your lawsuit rant would have stopped.
And your NAB and HLIT sures looks dumb when $3.5 mil ENVI software win from an HLIT legacy hardware customer against its new software customer speaks volume and explain why HLIT losing $1.8 billion in its history is OK!!!

Over $15 million to an acquirer. The cash/equity of $40 million plus $16 million tax asset is $2 per share valuing a $40 million plus revenue software company in a growing market worth more than two times sales or over $4 per share.
In fact the deferred revenue "liability" is a non cash accounting entry which should not decrease equity in an acquisition scenario.
PE investors will sell ENVI so own this investment with knowing that day will come or the company will only stay independent if revenues rocket as well as the stock price before PE can sell company and before we can sell our shares for a great win.

    Readers,
Lawsuits he refers are press releases in Mar-April 2014 by less than ethical lawyers. That related to one lawsuit filed by one plaintiff and all the other firms were looking to make a quick buck by trying to find a lead plaintiff with a bigger loss. That case was dismissed on 6/24.
Huge losses of $125 million which has also created a huge tax loss carryforward not currently reflected as an asset on the balance sheet.
He has mentioned HLIT in his rants/posts; he did not mention their losses to date are 1.84 billion since its inception in 1988. He is not a person with an objective point of view. just an agenda for what reason?
    Never owned ENVI.
Why does he post here when he never owned nor does he have the balls to short the stock. Why does he use precious life hours doing nothing for no one? Very strange behavior.

You have made good points after doing your well thought out analysis.
You have back up now from these baseless bashers now that their crying wolf of French, scam and lawsuits and they were counting press releases versus actual filings have evaporated and there fear mongering is shown as just yelling fire in a movie theater. Look what other companies they post. These guys chase losers who their buddies and brother in laws lost $$$. Lonely boys, if you get my drift.
Q2 had many great achievements for a company value at ZERO NET OF ITS BALANCE SHEET AND TAX CARRYFORWARDS WORTH OVER $15 TO A ACQUIRER.

  • new2xicor new2xicor Sep 11, 2014 12:46 AM Flag

The bye- bye to the bulls**t lawsuits will allow the private equity owners who 40% of the shares before IPO(cost about $2.85 per share) to shop the company without a contingency much longer.
This stock has a 100% upside in 2014/2015 or in less than ONE YEAR. That prediction is low, IMHO but why go for the fences when I don't have to.

  • new2xicor new2xicor Sep 11, 2014 12:36 AM Flag

    Hater,
    You should read the 10-Q.
The lawsuit filed in 2/2014 which caused the many press releases issued by law firms looking for a lead plaintiff has been dismissed as of 6/24/2014. Three IPO lawsuits were filed in 2012. One has been dismissed and two have been sent to a lower court in a small town-San Mateo Ca for review. GS did not sell offering to retail so this too will be dismissed since hedge funds who bought on IPO won't go against GS with crappy little attorneys trying to extract a buck. The lawsuit says the S-1 was a fraud and damages are as of the day of the offering.
Those two suits will evaporate like the water in northern Ca, without rain.
I also like the Q2 results and the release with MSFT, Adobe, and Dolby. Do you really believe those executives of world class companies would perpetrate the scam with such a release?
I don't and with stock at $2 and cash and NOL the business is worth ZERO. I could sell ENVI to MSFT, CSCO, HLIT or Ericsson for balance sheet and business for closer to $5 than $2.
I am a buyer at current prices and my cost will still be less than $2.00.
Apple 6 will drive OTT at Verizon and many other OTT content providers.
    PS,
HLIT got their butts kicked in ENVI's $3.5 Mexico win from a long term customer of HLIT's hardware. ENVI product offering is so much more advanced than HLIT, it is comical.
HLIT would buy ENVI just to stop margin erosion trying to compete with ENVI!!!!
Lawsuits gone, awards for product innovation, great partnerships, Apple iPhone 6 rollout, Verizon OTT and biggest Apple iPhone seller, Halo shipments in Q2 are all value drivers of a company with cash, no lawsuits any longer(soon), and a low valuation.
If you would have bought in 2013 and sold at $3.50 and above $4 in 2014 you would be as happy as me. I like ENVI today better at $2.00 than when I told you followers to buy at $1.60 in 5/2013.
    Good luck investing!
Or do you not invest and just post like a lonely stalker.
And stop the cut and paste over and over!
