Hey, ease up on Lee, he only was paid, ah, let me see.........ah......$713K last year plus other incentives.......! Your right...that is BS! I think I see an opportunity for some 'cost out'!
Seems like there has been nothing coming from headquarters since the last major robber share awards! One can only conclude they must have taken the summer off! I have been in the stock long enough to remember when management was actually involved in the day to day operations! Very little communication with shareholders lately? IMO
Today's PLUG Capital announcement was going just fine, and then he has to dribble out the $150m target for 2016! #$%$, Andy, Just hit the $100m goal for 2015, first. Leave some wiggle room for 2016 until you have the final 2015 numbers! What is it that you don't get?
She needs to bring a bag of 'free stuff' to hand out!
Agree 100%! Time to change the system to a 1 cent minimum on a penny stock to qualify as an uptick! The 1/10000 of a penny is BS! There is more dark pool volume than legitimate public market trades during the walk downs! If we had a functional SEC in the US, this would be stopped. Of course, when SEC gets involved, longs get punished with a trading halt, and penalty money goes to the Feds!
You must be an inner city math teacher! Show us how that equation gets the stock to '0'? Get a life, idiot!
Valid question. They are approaching $200m in annual sales already and haven't made a penny for shareholders! I only hold this stock long because I am hardheaded!
Time to change the message board 'headline' to a more realistic view. Lots of readers never get past the message board 'topic' line, which is one of shorty's little games to drill in a negative bias. As other posters argue the point, they end up 'bumping' the message up! Have a great day, Longs!
Before any legal action can be taken, it needs to be determined how much athletic talent each player has and how important they might be to the success of their team! They deserve the same 'process' as Brady!
RCB is a regulatory circuit breaker, which in theory puts constraints on the flexibility to short the security. Based on the short volume, the number of 'off public market' trades, the number of trades above and below the publicly displayed market spread, the 'dark pool' volume that continues to appear out of non public displayed space, the 'false ceilings' on the ask side of the spread, and the repeated violation of the uptick and best bid requirement, there appears to be a lot of trades violating the RCB rules! There is every reason to believe that the SEC is aware of the above!
Short trading volume at 44%, 68%, and 69% of total FINRA reported volume the past three trading sessions. On top of that, the stock was traded under 'RCB' restrictions and remains HTB! This is certainly going to raise some red flags with the SEC! Add the new revolver move by management and things are about to get crazy! My bet remains Long!
bett, you can still cover for under $1! Unless, you are a paid basher, in which case enjoy the nickel I just tossed you! Have a good day!
Thumbs down with no comment! I'll take that as a short who doesn't like the 'facts',but, can't make an argument that says I am wrong!
Minor observations; short interest did fall slightly during the most recent reporting period. It is also notable that daily short activity has dried up significantly since early August! So, who is moving away from their short bias and who will remained trapped in the short theatre? That is the 34m short share question! The short party is about to end!!! IMHO
Mr chen, you are very short sighted! The price of the stock matters greatly for PGN! I would much rather fund future cap needs with equity vs debt!
A simple way to get shorts motivated!
