I plan to hold all shares through the spin at this point. Beyond the spin, I will hold an overweight position in NRF for the dividend. NASM, I plan to hold and add additional shares. I believe Hamo will be out to impress the street with his new 'baby' NASM. Lots of new stuff early on and some significant share buy-backs if the stock doesn't respond upward too quickly. I own several option positions at various strikes and expirations all the way out to Jan 2016. Have been able to accumulate calls at pretty decent spreads during pullbacks. I normally limit buying calls except in an 'event driven' situation as we have here. Your point on the 'wi' NASM trading is a good thought. Will give us a little time to get a feel for the trading. Still lots of money to be made here and the recent action by the 'big-boys' indicates that they agree!
Chief, it is time to 'out' you. You are a fake and as white as a snowball in Alaska! Your race baiting game is over. bye!
MM's have been shaking the tree hard all day, initially right after the open and particularly since the bounce off of 16.50. Thus far, they haven't been able to get a breakdown. I know a lot of you folks don't believe in the 'technical indicators', but, for what its worth they are all pointing to more upside. I cant see any reason to sell before the spin, at this point. Once NSAM is separated, the real fun should begin. Does one hold both?, buy more NSAM as soon as it begins trading?, hold out for a pullback and risk having to chase it?.
Once most Americans are forced into Obamacare, the VA will look like a 'gold' plan in comparison! Once again, why aren't our lawmakers and their families required to participate under Obamacare?
I think the REIT structure is what prevented opportunistic share buy backs by NRF. Kind of a rock and a hard place situation. They needed to sell new equity to grow and move the stock price because of the RIET dividend requirements. Hamo must be salivating with the NSAM structure in the near future!
dar, I also spent a lot of time working through the information over the weekend. The piece that has finally started to sink is the fact that NSAM is a tax sheltered entity! Since we (NRF Longs) will own it, my conclusion is that the more of our cash that transfers from NRF (the REIT) to NSAM (the TAX Shelter), the better, in the long run. I look for NSAM to begin buying back shares fairly early in the game. I concur with your price projections in the first year, but, I think we all will enjoy higher NSAM valuations once the company gets a few deals underway!
BH, take this as a compliment, which it is intended to be. You are way too intelligent to actually believe half the nonsense that you post. I hope you are paid a decent sum for your efforts! Enjoy your weekend!
I think Castro is getting too old to run and besides I think he kind of likes Cuba to much to leave at this point. Other than that, he would be a logical candidate that fits the Democrat's Party agenda.
Liberals promote racism, it is part of their strategy agenda. MSNBC is not owned by GE, if you really want to know.
I'll tip one on your behalf for the excellent 'info dig' in your posts today! Thanks!
Or, some poor person who doesn't understand after hours trading put in a market sell order! Most decent brokers won't let you do that!
they are abusing the VA by using it as universal healthcare system, which is why there are problems....? Sooooo....let me see if I understand what libs are saying. If you are an illegal, an incarcerated felon, unemployed, on welfare, or cant afford healthcare you are covered, however, you greedy veterans are on your own??? Change, I can't believe in!!!!
dar, Thanks for the information! NSAM is getting more and more interesting! I love the off shore approach that they are planning. NRF longs are in for a profitable ride.
I hope you are correct. Trading has been lethargic lately! Even daily short trading has flat lined at less than 100k per day. Feels like all bets are down and it is time to get NSAM underway!
