I don't have a problem with increased 'interest' in the company, just one bash after another by SA repeating the same half baked opinions over and over. We get it, SA doesn't like PLUG ,,,,,,,Give it a rest unless they have something new to add......
I love it when shorts admit longs will be taking 'profits' as a reason the stock will go down!! spin, spin, spin! All out of real issues......!
Looks like the old 'boil the frog' approach, where the frogs don't figure it out until it is too late. What is their incentive to reward unit holders? None that comes to mind....! Thoughts...?
Their opinion is that NRF will meet or likely exceed the $800m 2014 non-traded REIT offerings. Current price target $18.
I imagine it is somewhat lower at this point. Why anyone is still short after the recent 'correction' opportunity is beyond understanding. 19.2m is still a bunch of shares that need to be covered!
America has never done anything to help France and the Germans have always been a close ally with the French.
If the buyout rumor at $20 is true, then shorts further losses are capped at just under $100m based on $4/15/2014 Short volume. I guess it could go a little over $20, but at least shorts have some transparency......
I'm thinking Hamo and his team are part of the deal, if it closes. Combined entity could still 'spin' a management operation that has a bigger pie to manage. NRF longs will have some interesting decisions to make as this deal progresses. I, for one, want a piece of what ever Hamo and his team end up managing!
Would love to here input on Management's position as well as any effect on the 'spin' Timing and plans?
A bunch of lame 'opinions' on why fuel cells won't work for automotive. ' No infrastructure'...I guess there is a battery drop grid every 50 miles for a Telsa? Fuel cell automobile (that he tested) will only accelerate to 60mph in 11 seconds? Fuel cell automobile will only travel 360 miles per tank? Hydrogen has to be compressed? So, Trip, give us a real reason not an biased opinion based on your love for a battery operated Telsa....,,,,.how about a hybrid that would make a Telsa much more practical?
May not be ARCP and may not be a merger, but, that wasn't mom and pop adjusting their portfolios yesterday. dar's comment that the statement by NRF was 'carefully worded' is right on! NRF has been uncharacteristically quiet going into earnings and dividend period. May be just 'spin' quiet period, but, it still feels like something is in the wings.
You have confused the SEC with a government agency that has some level of competency! Unless there is a political agenda/ motive, they typically ignore the obvious.
We lost our As* again. It was a cold winter in Canada, again thus costs were up. We are so encouraged by the fact that we only lost $26m that we are dumping another $10m into the exploration program, which, If successful we can borrow more money, dig and even deeper shaft, and start the cycle all over again. We will likely need to borrow more money in the future, unless, everything goes perfectly. I am amazed that anyone still believes this company will ever be successful.
