Agreed. Penveu *may* keep INPH afloat, if it develops a reasonable sales presence to education and business.

But I just sat through a business meeting where a handheld-mouse-laser pointer was used. I was trying to imagine what Penveu would have added for $799.

The Pump-n-Dumper Shill-Spam-Fraud account attack stopped at roughly the time of the announcement. And since then, the price collapse has occurred.

Correlated? Proof of manipulation? The Truth is out there . . .

    Buying Opportunity Board??

Follow-up: On the PENVEU Web Site, the list of Resellers has only 7 listed.

    As of JULY 1:
showMandA still says "CALL TO PRE-ORDER – SHIPS IN JUNE"

Touchboards - the link takes you to product "Penveu penveu-000" which shows DISCONTINUED and replaced by "Penveu penveu-8g". Scarey WORD there . . . DISCONTINUED.

Troxell - looks UP and ready to SELL.

Amazon - Look UP and ready to SELL

GlobalComputer - STILL has boiler Plate - CANNOT order

InfoTel - must login to get info

TigerDirect - STILL has boiler Plate - CANNOT order

2 out of 7 reseller outlets available *DOES NOT INSTILL* confidence that Penveu is shipping in *ANY* kind of volume.

It now makes sense the stock is off 45% and will probably lose another 10-20%

    Buying Opportunity Board??

It peaked closer to $6.80 6 weeks ago, and I almost sold a chunk just to honor the "BUY the Rumor, SELL the News" Law of investing. Would have been the SMART thing to do in hindsight.

Being down roughly 45% from the high, the opportunity *SEEMS* ripe.

But the July CC will probably be accompanied by the sound of crickets and the 2 Firms that monitor INPH. Complements and Congratulations of "Finally Shipping", but no forward revenue projections. My question would be WHAT information *MIGHT* be provided that will inspire INPH to rise *100%* and return us near the $7.00 region?

    Sales Numbers? Orders? Actual Revenues?

    Test from Penveu

Thanks for the information. Let's hope they did not start serial numbers like I started my checkbook years ago - at #1000 (to create the impression of HISTORY).

I think we are *ALL HOPEFUL* that the PENVEU will be a GREAT product, and now we are just patiently hoping events and competitors to not overcome a delayed slow start.

Always. Until they are no longer bag holders . . .

History is replete with sell-offs of INPH before the bad news is mad *public* to the retail investors.

    Test from Penveu

Thank you very much, sir. Your English is "wunderbar". And I am encouraged that your appraisal leads you to feel confident in your decision. I also have been here a LONG time - much to the scolding by my financial advisers over time.

You are very brave to write touching your 42" LCD screen. I would be afraid to scratch or puncture the surface. Perhaps that means the tip "round" enough that it is safe to contact the actual LED surface without fear of scratch/puncture?

I do have several questions, which you are free to answer or not as time permits.

Do you find that the writing "speed" for the motion of your arm must be *VERY* slow? Or is it at an acceptable pace?

Can you sweep across the TV and create a good straight line?

Beyond simply writing, have you experimented with any "capture" or "replay" kinds of functions?

Thank you again for your time and your knowledge.

Thank you very much for the offer. The review would be appreciated. Would you also please explain your motivation for buying one? Are you a Teacher, Businessman, or a "techie" who enjoys toys?

There are only a dozen or so actual private investors who frequent this board, but we few, we *happy* few . . . would certainly be interested.

Thanks for the update and information.

I think seeing "AMAZON" as a reseller was the single brightest news associated with this release to "Shipping" - other than the announcement itself that "Shipping" had begun.

At this point we are forced to wait until July to hear initial sales numbers. But GK has already indicated they will be *VERY* conservative in ascribing revenue and growth because of new and unknown return-rate impacts.

But the biggest fear is mostly off the table - PENVEU would never finish Beta Testing #9... #9... #9...

UPDATE : Friday 3:00 EDT - PENVEU Grade Update -

The Interphase Web site has been updated and behaves in an acceptably professional manner.
Fortunately, the INPH Web Site ALSO now allows orders. . .

Fortunately. . . because of the 9 "Non-Seller Partners" 8, eight, EIGHT still do not have an active interface to the product.

Academic Superstore - item not found
Circuit City / Tiger Direct - shows boiler plate add graphic. No purchase possible.
    CompUSA - not found
Global Computer - same boiler plate advertisement. No purchase possible
InfoTelUSA - requires an account a login to perform any searching.
JourneyEd - not found / no results
ShopMandA - web site did not respond. Down. Crashed. Perhaps due to PENVEU Volume? Like when INPH took down the NASDAQ?
    * * * Touch Boards ! ! ! Hip Hip HOORAY ! ! ! I can put it IN MY CART and get all the way to Credit Card info. . .
Troxell - most disappointing - Penveu *DISCONTINUED*.

So I generously modify the Grade of "C -" to a solid "C". INPH has done what they can - fixing their own Web Site. Now let's pick up that little plastic hunk on the desk called a "PHONE" and call the resellers and partners that shipping HAS actually begun . . .

    Sentiment: Sell

  • Just checked ALL 10 "Resellers". 1:00 P.M. eastern. NOT ONE shows any indication of "ACTIVELY SHIPPING". Come ON, guys. Get on the BALL here. If you're SHIPPING, you'd better be TAKIN' ORDERS y'all. Have your sales guy call the 10 NON-sellers. TODAY ! CALL. Don't email. Don't twit. Just git'r done.

But the REAL kicker is that the PENVEU SITE ITSELF still says "pre-order". And clicking the "Pre-Order one today" link takes you to the 10 "NON-sellers". Clean up this farkle, unless you have some real, serious doubt that *actual* shipment will begin tomorrow.

I'm happy to see the announcement, but this whiff (no, stench) of Keystone Cops is a BAD reflection on the company, the professionalism, and indirectly, the viability of the "evolutionary" product PENVEU. Don't break your arms self-back-patting until this snafu is fixed.

    #$%$ Chewing... worth... paid... blah...

    Sentiment: Hold

  • This just in . . . Dit dit dah ... dit dit dah. Doo dah.. doo dah... Ship date announced.

penveu® to Ship Evolutionary Interactive Display Systems Starting May 30

Market reacts with $0.01 rise in stock price, correcting the 4% "Capitulation Slide" for the day.

    Sentiment: Hold

  • Dateline: Thursday May 29th. Less than 2 full Business days in May for INPH to begin shipping PENVEU.

Production issues? Strategic delay to create a head-fake for competitors?

One of the resellers does reference "JUNE" as the shipping window. Another says "Discontinued" - which has got to be the least helpful "PARTNER" approach possible - implying the PENVEU has been scrapped before it ever even shipped.

Perhaps the only good news is that through obsessive-compulsive dogged determination, the Quixotic Quest of taking out the trash has caused the spammers to adapt, change, struggle, and temporarily leave.

A different view of the same topic: Too bad no one in this Government cares about Wire Fraud or criminal behavior anymore. The American Experiment is melting down before our eyes while major news media, like ABC, plays YouTube videos as 'Human Interest' twaddle. But I digress...

    Disenchantment...worth...paid...blah...

  • Nice . . . and with 10 days left this month, ( 7 Business days ) the official shipping day for Penveu is losing "wiggle room".

Hold on longs. Our *ride* is really only just beginning. (I hope . . .)
