Okay, I believe you are correct Bob as it will take 3 working days to officially record a trade. So, discounting the weekend, it works out that today is too late to bag it. I guess time flies when your having fun? Happy holidays all!
Yep, there are very few REITs with a yield as low as 1.5%. There are many with better prospects that yield between 5-7%. The telecoms companies also pay at least three times higher yields and they can always create their own tower network if they choose. Where's the leverage to build demand?
Have you checked the estimates for new car sales during the peak of the cycle for the years 2013-15 which shaggy D noted? You really should focus on that.
My ROI is currently over 20% on the dividend. I couldn't afford to sell! But I can use my holdings to obtain cheap bank loan money with which to buy more equities. Check out NRZ. Bought some 10 days ago at $5.82. Lots of good buys to be found even now. F at $14 will be very tempting.
If your average cost is under $2 per share, you should be alright and have a fair return on investment (ROI). I first bought in '09 at $2.06 and then averaged down again at $1.91. I've been reinvesting the divvies and more in MLPs. I have no reason to alter my game plan at this time. A divvy increase could easily be in the cards in 2014. Nay Sayers have read too much into recent forward leaning statements. I plan to pass F, some financials i've picked up on the cheap, and other good dividend growth stocks to children and grandchildren in a trust fund to avoid taxes when I pass one day.
They would like you to think there are more sexual deviants than there actually are; however, the number is actually a lot smaller than 5 percent. This does not mean they are any less deserving of our sympathy. It is sad but factual that these deviants will never, ever be capable of consummating or procreating from their relationships, hence they cannot truly by definition enter into a marriage. For civil purposes, they must call it (the relationship) something else. This is great truth is why they will never find true happiness and fulfillment in life as a result of their innate inadequacies. Their inability to consummate or procreate is certainly deserving of our sympathies. I can see hoe this inadequacy leads to frustration and a need to vent........
Okay, shortie. Glad to see you know more about cars than you do corporate accounting practices! ROTLMFAO!
K-34: Please tell us what your good holdings are! I first bought CLMT at $21. Later it went to $15.96 where I doubled down. I've no problems with the dividend nor the future direction of the business. I try to buy low and have a hold strategy so I'm not concerned about the current situation which seems to offer a great entry point. If I had any extra powder, this is where I'd put it; however, I recently shot my wad on an mREIT (NRZ) and an upstream MLP (MEMP). Still lots of good deals to be had out there but i'd put more money into CLMT at current valuation (if I had any). If it is still at this level in February, I'll consider using dividends to buy a few hundreds more of this one assuming nothing better pops up!
