Just a thought that I may research out but I wonder if NEWM model could evolve into something like Sinclair Broadcasting? Anyone have ideas on this?
Didn't you read CreditSwisse rated LVS a buy with a TP of $97? Not a lot of folks understand the Chinese economy, let alone their need to occasionally test the fates, a need which may be inversely proportionate to the state of the economy, something to which those knowledgeable can take advantage. The recent volatility might be result of unusual options activity. Belly up to the bar, boys!
Far too complex fr Zack's analytical capabilities. I question their positions all the time. What makes you think we should heed them? Of course, you and they are entitled to whatever musings you might find entertaining. Some folks are really smitten by alternative energy sources. Fine. Go on over there.
Okay, stockpiles are up but so are gasoline market prices while cost of crude is down. Shouldn't this bode well for CLMT? So, what the explanation for today's reversal? What am I missing here?
I was fortunate to increase my position 150% a short while back at $24.75. This move did not seem to be that much of a risk. This is helping offset the downward moves of ETP and EPD today!
Ask me if I give a #$%$ how much you made last month, braggart? Ask us if we even believe you, let alone care? Folks who make 45k per day don't go around flaunting that type of info. If ARNA had any real, worthwhile cures, they would have been bought up by a real pharmaceutical firm like LLY or JNJ, etc. To wit, why don't you try peddling your one trick pony elsewhere! You are definitely not ready for the big leagues, sonny. It is time for you to return to school and you know we aren't referring to an MBA!
And what, pray tell, has ARNA ever earned? If they had any real pharmaceuticals, they would have been bought up already! Aren't pharmaceuticals soon to enter uncertain, troubled waters? There's an old saying that when difficulties arise, flies will be trampled by the elephants. In this case, ARNA is clearly the fly! FYI: LLY and JNJ actually earn money and have been paying dividends for years. Let me suggest to you these and other strong, growing, dividend paying companies that may survive any future turbulence in this sector. Come back only when you have something of value to add and can show us you really know what you're talking about.
Not long ago I upped my average cost considerably when I doubled up at $24.75. Perhaps mr. Quantuon is hoping to get another such entry point? I suspect the axe he's grinding is not intended for bringing down trees? The EPA does have its supporters out there!
After hours finds us laughing already, powderpuff! Off with you now! It is way past your bedtime! We'll likely be laughing all next week right into the witching date! Actually, I'm thinking you can't really be serious.
No doubt someone will scoff them up first but aren't you beating a dead horse? Pathetic in that the industry is afire and just about everyone else is doing quite well, thank you. My 8 other MLPs are now firing on all cylinders! Yep, this is pathetic!
Are we dizzy yet? I hope SNR goes after SNH! That bunch needs to be straightened out! This is a competitive market that may be headed for consolidation in the not too distant future.
Curious as to your reasoning for holding the dividend at .10 for the remainder of the year. I've noted a prevalence of analytic views which predict a Q3 raise to .11. Of course, this view could change as a result of future spinoffs. Rather than a REIT, NCT seems to be functioning more like a Business Development Corporation. Does NCT normally retain some significant interest in these spinoffs? That would be an important factor to note as these deals surface. It would be nice to find NCT with some skin in the game. I did quadruple my position in NRZ which has worked out well thus far. Not sure about NEWM or SNR for that matter.
There is always the tax issue to consider as well. Holding for a year not only gives you a seven percent dividend but also a hefty long term gain tax break. Heck, if you can find something better, maybe you should exercise a margin play or play the options route. Personally, I'm an investor, not a trader.
Ooops! Sorry! That was the BAC divvy! Wrong month! You're right about the water these parts. Newcastle is definitely better drink!
