On 30 April, nearly 7 million shares traded; however, seems the trend was down a bit? Some profit taking here? Doesn't make a lot of sense does it?
No, My average is $25 making my ROI over 10 percent and growing. I have investments that pay better but I am not greedy! GL2U.in crunching the numbers.but please learn to factor risk.
When you multiply .55 by several thousand, one comes up with a fairly substantial amount, Harry, far more substantial than your spammy smoke and mirrors with far too many "ifs". Don’t mess with the 900 lb gorilla! Finding a stock worthy of some serious critique shouldn't be that difficult. Maybe the Sprint or Tmus board would really welcome you though I doubt anyone will embrace any of your shallow comments.
Man, you are a real joke or what? Do you really think women are that stupid? I wonder who democratic women in Maryland voted for in the recent gubernatorial race and why they voted the way they did? Stupid is as stupid does pal and I think you are already there! Yeah, maybe there is real reasons to e scared, right?
Right! Everyone knows doctors are terrible when it comes to corporate governance, let alone balancing their own checkbook! Okay, so we all got a chuckle with you!
Yeah, I hardly ever sell anything either. Continue to hold a couple hundred NCT. I did quadruple my NRZ holding and have had thoughts about adding some SNR. Cannot find fault with the returns although I don't have a good handle on how NEWM is generating revenues from its on-line segment. I remember the IDEARC business didn't go over too well!
If the Hudson City deal falls through, perhaps shareholders will receive a special dividend with the 3.7 billion? I suspect that rather than a money laundering issue, the denial may have more to do with the fed's to-big-to-fail policy?
If the Hudson City deal doesn't fly, perhaps shareholders may reap the 3.7 billion by way of a special dividend? Rather than money laundering, I suspect this is more likely something to do with to-big-to-fail policy?
I've seen the list on the web site. There is a predominence of courses in California, maybe as many as 35. The rest are spread all over the country. A concern might be that of the duration of the California drought and its impact on recreation which will certainly take a back seat to farming and consumption concerns.
Not only that, Aldag parted with 204,156 shares last week at ca. $14.46! Insider selling, don't really know why. Nevertheless, rising interest rates will have little if any effect upon the valuation of MPW. I loaded up at 14.20 the other day to help balance my overweight financials! Should this ever retreat to $10, I will load up again. Interest rates will not go higher than the MPW dividend any time soon. Believe your concerns will not materialize. Are you a shortie or just playing options?
Nice of you to be so concerned but why is that? I know of no one who expects interest rates to go as high #$%$ percent any time soon. In fact, I'm so concerned about the possible interest rate increase that I recently loaded up at $14.20 to help balance my portfolio which is overloaded with financials. I'm happy with the possibility of rising interest rates. Pardon me if I question your motives for the poor critique on MPW. You aren't related to Ackman, are you? You certainly provided no facts to back your position. Go ahead and short it, I'm happy to take your dividends!
