Just for the record, there is a chain in Florida called "Relax in Comfort" which carries Comfortaire, and their store I went to was in Sanford.

I wonder if any reader of this post can tell why Message Boards display so much hostility. I sometimes learn from posts, but more often someone is trying to show me how smart they are, or how dumb I am. Comments welcome.

I checked out a store yesterday, and was impressed by the Comfortaire product, and by the salesperson. Good potential in this acquisition.

  • growth in flights to Japan, South Korea, Taipan, Australia, New Zealand etc. means customer diversity. That has to be better than domestic USA growth, which is dependent on just one economy. And the HA growth is so dynamic. Cheap stock!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Amazon has a 9% price advantage because the Amazon customer does not pay sales tax. Correct this inequity by writing your senator and congressman. Have them support the Market Place Equity Act in the Senate, and the Market Place Fairness act in the House. Google "your senator" and "your Congressman " for their addresses.

Our political system rewards those who know how the system works.

  • Amazon has a 9% price advantage over SPLS and other brick and mortar retailers, because Amazon customers don't pay a sales tax. Write Washington to help your SPLS investment. Google "your representative" and "your senator" to get the right address. Then ask that they support the Market Place Fairness Act (reps.) and the Market Place Equity Act (sens.)

Our political system works only if you get these people in D.C. off their butts.

I am sorry to rehash this old topic, but I went into the local store in Syosset, Long Island, New York today. No other customers. The salesman was nice and knowledgable. Some of the goods were priced to move, and some other mechandise seemed overpriced and low quality. There was plenty of stuff marked down, but not marked down far enough for it to sell. I am no professional retailer, but IMHO 10% of the inventory is, basically, crap.
