    MIRO hardware sale

Was going to add in the last message "we been there before and have heard it all". Just couldn't do it, because they keep coming up with new lines (otherwise known as excuses).

Looks like they slipped at least a week back, if not two, from when they normally announce. Wonder why?

Do you really think that it will make a difference? Institutes own over 80% of this (really don't what term to use here for "it") for INAP. Thr only thing it will do is send a message that as stockholders we're not too please with them. I guess it might help if you vent a little bit, but that's about all. I guess better than doing nothing at all. Which means if you DO NOTHING at all, you could be elected to the board!

    Evoncairis1,
"What aswmiso is talking about, I think is like there have been a couple of times in past history where the company looked like "everything" was going good for a change and then they'd screwed it up by either buying a company which turned out to be a "cost too much" story, they ended up bring the other company down to their level of poor management, or had some accounting experience that delayed their having their financhial (sp) records delayed. You can just about name it and this company did it and I'm not talking about anything good. Just stick around and you'll see what I'm talking about just like all the rest of the people who have been here for awhile. Why have we stuck around will be your next question. Well it was like the apple and stick approach, it was always just out of reach. This final thing where they were "forced" to look for a buyer and came up empty handed for me is the final straw. I'm going to wait around for awhile and see if it picks up price wise and then I'm done. Been one hell of a ride, but then I've been there and done that and I'm ready to find a company that shows some promise and will deliver. INAP is not that company. THE OTHER REASON IS JUST STUPIDITY!

The problem with your thinking is he has to believe it when he says it. If he doesn't and he says it and it doesn't come to pass, he could be facing one heck of a law suit. Best to stick to the facts. Remember this BOD
doesn't have too good of a reputation as it now stands why make it worst?

    liudmilarevenco,
"....they are destined to keep declining, with little prospect of strategic acquisitions due to poor financial performance, high debt and a low stock " You forgot to add a board that is only beholding to themself, and don't seem to know what they're doing, in my humble opinion.
Getting rid of this board and starting all over again would take time, but probably end up with better results. The only one who ever seemed to know what they were doing was Cooney, and only the fly on the wall knows \why he left.

    Al,
"I see glass half full. We will know within 1 hr if I am right or wrong(temporarily)" Hate to be the one who said I told you so, but. . . .
Our only hope as far as I can see is where they might have piled everything into the last quarter that they could show a better year this year. Been with this company way to long with only myself to blame, and nothing new will faze me. The company is a poor example of a company and the board is one that should be ashamed of itself.

    Al,
You're right in your assumption and I'd say you're right in most cases. The only fact is that you didn't take in is that this is INAP and INAP doesn't dance to the same drummer. By the way the stock is acting today, it looks like more people are thinking like I am. I sure hope I am wrong.

Hope you're right! My take and it only a guess is that it misses with both revenue and EBITDA. And the out look for a sale of the company is negative. Never seems to be in the right place at the right time.

    Fidel.
The .39 cents is referred to way back when there was a reverse 1 for 10 share split. "Us" old timers still remember that.
